Mario was able to take my controller that got wet and not only bring it back to life - but restore it like new from factory. I call Mario, “El Mago” the magician, because the way his approaches every repair is amazing. His storefront is easy to get to - his staff is pleasant and professional. I personally had a bad experience, it took them 4 months to tell me that the device was out of repair. They say it's discontinued when The mixer is still for sale at "Guitar Center". I paid $50 to be told what I already knew was wrong. Pfff, they were giving it to me completely in disarray because they didn't remember how I gave it to them. They say they are going to call you and they don't call you, you call them and they don't answer, you leave a message and they don't return it, in short, a tremendous bad experience. I don't recommend them!I just received a couple of insults from Mr. Mario saying that I write a lot of stupid things. But they are simply complaints to which I consider that I have rights, Mr. Mario, be more responsible and treat your clients better so that your business progresses,I sent you a copy of the receipt to clarify doubts $50* Lucas.It is not my fault that MY device is from Germany and your spare parts distributor only sells CHINESE brands. "I should complain to the BBB or consumer service about the offenses that customers receive in this business. I know what I'm talking about.

Was recommended to take a controller to get repaired here after it got rained on at an event. Since then, I've taken countless audio equipment here to get fixed. They're always done in a timely manner at a fair price. This is the ONLY business I trust with my audio equipment. Mario and his team are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Very professional and cannot recommend enough.

They charge a Diagnostic fee of 45$ and they will not apply it to the work if you decide to proceed with the work. I thought that was an industry standard but maybe I'm wrong. I went to another repair company who assured me that if i went with the repair the diagnostic fee would be used as a credit to the repair cost. Other than that they looked like they could have done a good job.Updated Review due to nasty comment from the "owner" after giving a small critic. I stopped by this place to get help with my car audio speaker and although Mario informed me that he only works on DJ equipment he took a look at my speaker anyway. He was quick able to see that I only need a VERY SMALL and quick fix and graciously help me reconnect the wiring! He even tested that the speaker was working before I left the shop!! Mario seems like a very helpful guy and I would recommend giving him a try if you ever need DJ audio equipment repaired. Just know that this is not a car audio place despite what Google Maps says.

Mario is awesome! There’s a reason so many people recommend him. Friendly, very quick, my turntables were fixed in no time and the quality of the repair was top notch, they came back looking brand new and they play better then when I bought them years ago. I will definitely go back again, highly recommended

i have to say that Mario and his wife Luvy are amazing!!! I brought my Hughes and Kettner amp in on a Tuesday and had a show on Sat and asked if there was any way to get it done by then, really not thinking they would be able to and i did have a back up amp just in case and was really planning on using it but then i get a call on Wednesday, the VERY next day saying it was all ready. my jaw hit the ground. anyway they were very fair in the charge and the amp performed flawlessly on Sat at my show. there is really nobody i have found in Miami that is worth their weight when it comes to fixing amplifiers but this guy is the best in town and i highly recommend him to anyone!!! thanks Mario and Luvy!!Ron DerrickCutler Stew Band Miami

I had a very nice record player I dropped off with a broken belt. They took forever to fix it and then, after several missed connections, when I called to pick it up, they told me it was gone. I had taken too long (I had, it was several months). Read the small print in your contract.
