I’ve been working with this wholesaler for years, and against my better judgement I have kept supporting; they have cut size tags, sent me one of something I had expected three of, paid more attention to me when I was placing large orders versus smaller ones, and over all the service has gone down hill. Recently, when I asked to place an order by the weekend- I was ignored- just to have them respond later that they were too busy for me, never ship my order out, and put my items back on the sales floor. This costs me business, in a time when the pandemic is already making it hard enough to survive as a small business. The way things have changed in their service saddens me, and because of it- I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Inside they are unpacking clothing and it looks like a poorly ran establishment. On a positive, the mahicans from the outside of the store front are very clublike dressed which is eye catching.

I used to love shopping here but now everything that is left on the floor is what the wholesale buyers did not want. In addition if you walk in the store and you are not buying wholesale they look at you like your business is worthless.
