I had the absolute pleasure of having Lena assist me today with my purchase. She was very helpful in my decision on which Tote to purchase. She showed me the matching Strap and she advised it would be best for me to try on the different sizes for me to get a better understanding of which would work best for me. She was patient and also very knowledgeable in the product line. There were 3 other gentlemen on the sales floor as well who helped her as well when it was time to checkout. They were also very kind and friendly. Lovely store, clean and fantastic sales personnel. Lena, thank you for your time today. I will be back bc of you and your team. Love the way Antonio helped me out. It was quick and fast replies back knew exactly what I was looking for and found it under 1 minute. Honestly all hands down best customer service out here in Miami. Don’t you guys miss out and shop from here very very helpful & respectful. The store manager was the most helpful & kind to work with.He also stated he works at Aventura. I’m not surprised they have him in both stores.He has excellent energy & truly pieces together an experience rather just having you feel like you’re there to buy a bag.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a few bags from this lovely boutique through phone order. Alicia, the awesome SA, assisted me with my purchase and patiently answered all my questions and sent me several photos which helped me decide which color to get. The bags were shipped to me the same day and delivery was fast! I will not hesitate to reach out to her again when I want to check out other bags. She’s very pleasant to work with and very responsive to my queries.

Let me just start out saying if I could give this store 10 stars, I absolutely would!!! Shout out to Alicia who made my experience such a delightful one.My husband and I had been searching the MJ Teddy Tote Bag for a few months because this was one of his Christmas gifts to me lol. It seemed they were sold out everywhere (both in stores and online) since mid-2021.However, I decided to call the only MJ store we have here in Los Angeles to see if they were receiving any new shipments. The rep explained this was a very popular bag and hard to come by, but he was able to check his system to see if there were any other MJ stores that may have had them in store.The only store he could locate was in Miami, FL. I was afraid if I called Miami Design they would not be able sell to me because I had to purchase the bag in store and mind you, I am on the other side of the U.S. LOL!Fortunately, the rep I spoke with, Alicia, was so kind and courteous from the get-go. She said she would need to call me back and take my order as soon as the crowd died down. Usually, reps don't call back because they either get too tied up and forget or they just don't have the patience to call back. Surprisingly, she actually called me within half an hour.Alicia was so easy to talk to. She walked me through the phone process step by step with a lot of patience on her end. She made my buying experience just a pleasurable one. She was even kind enough to text me my receipt and tracking number. This allowed me to keep record of my purchase, as well as track its every location.I am just very thankful for the outstanding service I received from Alicia. My bag finally came in and I am in love.? Thank you Marc Jacobs Miami Design for everything. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

I would like to say Alicia is truly the most helpful person I have ever encountered. I called in today to ask about a bag that was sold out online. She was able to locate the bag and place on hold for me. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about the potential purchase. People are lovely at the store, they make the experience of shopping x10 times better, plus the store is aesthetically organized so I did a mini photo shoot for my friend and all the staff was friendly about it
