DJ went above and BEYOND even though I needed special help and accommodations since I needed to get a bag sent out to me for my birthday. Amazing costumer service, super quick services. Super happy with my purchase!

The store manager was the most helpful & kind to work with.He also stated he works at Aventura. I’m not surprised they have him in both stores.He has excellent energy & truly pieces together an experience rather just having you feel like you’re there to buy a bag.

The store and products look cheap and frumpy. Wouldn't want to be seen in any of it!
