Ever since the owner changed recently, this place has gone down hill.The previous owner was a great person, but these people are the worst. I pay monthly for the carwash service they offer and advertise on site. But whenever the carwash decides it won't accept the code the app gives you, the cashier can't do anything and neither can the "manager". This has happened to me a couple of times. The app offers a costumer service email that no one responds to. Unfortunately my subscription renewed ($39) yesterday and there is no way to cancel. Stay away from this place!!!

Worst customer service ,they charge me 12 dollars for a car wash without having the option to select one,pump automatically goes to most expensive one.When I asked the cashier she told me she can’t help me.

The lot is spacious given the busy intersection. Gas is expensive but its about location and demand.Pump is slow but was relieved to see the touch less option to pay. Safer. My mother stopped recently at another Marathon station and someone obtained her credit card number for when she inserted the card.They have carwash also which I used. Pleased.I did not go inside store. I never do. If pump is not working for payment I will go to another station. Reviews of customer service at gas stations say it all.

Horrible gas station. Something is always broken, place is always dirty , expired products and now they are charging for a car was I never got. Came in several times to try and talk to the manager to try to resolve this but they always give me the run around .

Always have issue here. For the attitude, not worth the high price of gas.. There are other gas stations, with FRIENDLIER service and LOWER Price.

What a horrible experience at the register I came all the way driving form Sunny Isles Beach to Coral Gables and had to make a quick stop at this gas station. I asked the attendant for $10 of gas and was going to pay with a $50 bill when she quickly pointed at the establishment's policy that says they don't carry more than 50 dollars at the register I was willing to get more gas to make a compromise. To my surprise she asked me "how long have you lived in this country " I was in shock. Trying to make me feel bad as if I don't understand their policy like some sort of newcomer. THAT IS SO WRONG!!!

Steer away from this gas station. My husband got off to put $5 (2gal) of gas to get us home and this way fill the tank closer to home...where is a lot cheaper. After he put gas we noticed the indicator didn't even move. Besides the fact that it's pricier than the gas station with the same name near my house...2 gallons should've at least shown in the indicator. Never stopping here ever again.
