Martha Castillo and her team are incredible with their professionalism and excellent customer service! I use this business and the many services they offer exclusively for all my mail needs. As they are an official representative for Anytime Mailbox, a virtual mail address service, they are my official registered USA address for me to receive and have my domestic mail forwarded to me overseas. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and always have a solution to my many varying needs.

Refused a shipment I was supposed to receive. Not the first time this happened. The owner is Intentional with it too and non apologetic. Do not trust these people with your securing your deliveries....

Worst and most unprofessional business ever!! I pay a monthly subscription to have my mail sent there. When a package for my business arrived there one day, they informed me that it needed to be added to my account and he added it for me. Today, I went to pick up and received great news that my package had been returned to sender! This is the amazing service that Mail Mart provides.... do NOT trust these people with your mail!!

I've been doing business with Mail Mart over five years. Some owners have changed.. I've always been served very kindly. If there is a long wait I'm already offered a chair.. recently a very nice special young man makes it very easy to get in and get out.. zips fast.

I would rate ZERO stars if it let me. In store clerk was rude and lost my package, phone line for the store is also disconnected. If you were thinking of using this location BEWARE!

I have been a customer of MailMart for approx 3 years, I drop my packages there for USPS,UPS and Fedex, never had an issue till now. I dropped off 3 packages yesterday, 2 going USPS and one Fedex. Fedex package never got scan by Fedex carrier and still shows not picked up, I called at 9:10am this morning and the lady that answered didn't even look she just told me packages were picked up by Fedex late yesterday, I told her my package was not picked up, she said to call back in 30 mins as she was just opening up. Since then till now 12;10 the phone is busy which is unusual, I send a fax including my phone number and no one has called me back. This company is liable for the package if Fedex didnt pick it up, as per Fedex package was not picked up... So where is my package. I will have to go in person to see the owner. Something has to give or I will proceed with calling the cops and report it as being stolen. I will follow up with more info.

This shop has a little bit of everything, packages, lotto, fingerprinting. I went here for fingerprinting and they were super nice and very efficient. Good experience overall.

This place is asking and forcing you to wear a mask when you come in but the owners and employees don’t have to. The lady the works there older Cuban later said to me that I couldn’t ask the owner to wear a mask. This legally doesn’t fly, if nobody in the business is wearing a mask you cannot ask your customer to wear one.

Horrible Custumer service. The door was opened when I got there at 6:05pm but The lady clerk told me they were closed. It was a simple 10second UPS package dropping but she didn’t take it. Very sad!

Just moved here and needed to ship some items back to my old address. The clerk Mckayla was very helpful in explaining the cost, shipping and the differences between all the mail carriers. She was very helpful with me and my mom. She even figured out a way to make my shipment cheaper. Great place and great employees.
