Me and my husband came in to purchase 5 televisions. Kevin or Kelvin in the TV department was very rude and came off as condescending. We walked out. Will take my money elsewhere. They need an entirely new and motivated staff. This staff lacks enthusiasm. I would fire Kevin asap. He's not suitable to work with the public

Muy mala atención al cliente,el vendedor no te ayuda ni te explica las características de el producto,no hace nada para que compres ni uno se siente satisfecho .Compre una laptop el vendedor Brian no se esfuerza ,hay que entrenarlo más.

Best Buy must do a ton of business.. They certainly dont want to answer the phone.. I live in an area that does not have a Best Buy. I have to call, make sure item is in stock then go get it. Could order it from Internet but I am a hands on person. They could care less...
