During my trip to Miami, on 11/22/2023, I bought an adidas futsal boot, to give as a gift to my son, who was in Brazil. The day I returned, on 11/25/2023, he loved the gift and was already using it. To our disappointment, the sole came off during its first use, as shown in the photo. I contacted the store, via Instagram, to see if there was any way to solve the problem and I didn't get any response. Therefore, I recommend that anyone who is passing through the city and does not have the option of exchanging in the future, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Very bad experience, worse costumer service. Not paying attention and not helping very much. Although they had some good equipment and some okay soccer cleats.

Very good service, employees were very kind and helping when it came to their products. As well as communication, very well spoken and did not speak to you in a negative way and always helped if you were looking for an item of a specific brand or size. Overall, great store and employees all around.

You will find lots of soccer jerseys. Club jersey and international jersey are available. Soccer balls, shin pads and goalie gloves. I went looking for Inter Miami MLS jerseys but sizes were not available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are moderate.

Place is horrible. After purchasing a pair of cleats in the Doral store and they started to brake next day, I went to this store to exchange them. Of course they don't accept returns. My son picked a pair that was on display for $274.99. When I got to pay, the guy told me they were $299. Supposedly they were incorrectly tagged. I ended up paying the difference and hoping the shoes are not fake like the first ones. When I asked the manager about giving me the displayed price, he refused to. And never apologized about the horrible experience. If you need cleats just go online and do your search but don't go to Mad about soccer.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service, staff not polite and unhelpful. Store shows to close at 9pm but staff closes doors 10-5 min early and doesn’t let customers in so they can leave early as well. Store hours should be modified if staff wants to leave early.
