Last week I was in the Macy's Beauty Department and I just wanted to share how amazing Rosa Otero was. I was with my husband and she helped him choose my gift. Rosa was super professional, she knew what she was doing and she gave me a detailed overview of each product. I was really impressed and wanted to thank her for her excellent service. So thank you very much. I am very satisfied with how everything went!

I just had THE BEST experience at the ladies' gala dresses department with Adriana Wasdkier, Alejandra Velazquez, and Norma. What a wonderful team. They helped me find the perfect dress for my BFF daytime wedding. I told them about the shoes I've got (out of the box), and they were just in love with it and excited to get the dress for me. They were acting like if we all went shopping together as friends OMG I love THEM !!!!! THANK YOU Macy's for having this awesome and passionate woman.

Unfortunately I decided to shop on Valentine’s Day and there was only one person working at the Jewelry counter. I left and returned and still no service. I’m very disappointed in the service and I will spend my money somewhere else.

This afternoon my 18 and 16 year old daughters were in the store and the man who served them treated them in a very bad way. He told them to quickly choose what they were going to buy or leave the store. When they went to pay, they told him that it was wrong. What he had done, but he said that teenagers came into the store to vandalize, I think he shouldn't judge all customers equally, he should be more respectful, he has very little professional ethics.

This store is not recommended; everything was very messy; the employees harassing you to sell you and the mediocre service; High prices for what they sell of questionable quality.

No wonder Macy's is doing soooooooooooo bad. Terrible customerService EVERY DEPARTMENT. No one to take care of you in the department.Ihe saw me needing help and walked away to the walk as though he was looki g for someone to help and it was actually him that was suppose to help me. love going to Macys the Falls, the best thing is to find a person like Milagros Polanco, such a nice WOMEN. who always makes my purchases easier for me, this Christmas I was able to buy all my gifts thanks to her recommendations and great charisma to always help.
