Always purchase great sunglasses there this time needed an exchange on one of the pairs that didn't look great had a receipt - manager was called she wouldn't approve an exchange. I feel like I'm this climate you making an exception would have been a positive outcome.

I've been to Miami several times especially after my sister moved there but this was first time running into this spot in Wynwood. I'm an eyewear freak so the back wall of shades intrigued me. When you walk in the entire store's vibe is dope. Art everywhere with flyest clothes and accessories. The best part was Norman...he made me and my girls' first time in the store amazing. He's very attentive and gave his expert style tips for me with frames I'd never pick out for myself. I ended up buying the last pair he handed me to try bc they were literally "the ones". Not sure if he's the store manager or style associate but he knows his stuff and his service is top tier. Promote that man and give him a raise!!!
