We purchased a mini fridge at 7:00 p.m. Sunday. When we got home we noticed the fridge had a dent, but the store had closed by then. Since we couldn't return it same day and we got caught up with work. We decided to bring it back 5 days after purchasing, on a Friday.
We were told we could not exchange it for an undented one as the 48 hours to return a "major appliance" had passed.
Operations manager was acting as lead management at the time. Told me she is not going to involve the GM as he is not in the store. When asked how to escalate this to someone who can help, she handed us a customer service number which was not in service at 5pm, which is the time we were in the store. We spent $150 to own a defective product.
Garbage customer service.

This store has blocked TNR animal rescue groups from doing God's work and are euthanizing animals that wander onto Lowe's property. A security guard has been hired to block humanitarian aid.

The managers of this location decided to stop working with a cat rescue to safely remove the cats and get them the medical attention they need. The managers told the rescue they will charge them with trespassing if they try to help the cats. The managers expressed that they want the cats euthanized and have been starving them.
I hope the manager has a nice warm bed to sleep in at night. I hope they never have to drink the water that runs out their garden section, which has dirt, bugs, fertilizers, and pesticides in it. I hope they never have to depend on the empathy of another species to survive. I hope they never suffer like they make these cats suffer.
I hope for these things even if they don’t change their minds, because that’s why being empathetic is. It’s caring for others and the world around you, without expecting anything in return. Your manager could use a refresher on that or maybe you don’t care that they are a massive piece of crap that abuses animals.
Support your local hardware stores that don’t mistreat poor defenseless animals and threaten rescues with criminal charges.

I love Lowe’s! It's such a peaceful experience in comparison to shopping at their competitors. There is always plenty of parking. I am able to find everything I need quickly as they have everything perfectly laid out. But if I order in advance, their online ordering and store pick-up process is an absolute breeze. Their price points are fair and competitive. Their customer service is always helpful around the store, but also at the help desk. I just found out that they also cut mirror glass, so I hope to try that service out soon! Thanks Lowe’s!

There's an established cat colony here. Been tended to and fine with the lowes for 18 YEARS! People come to feed and water the cats and they provide vet care like TNR. Recently, this lowes has hired a security guard to stop the cats from being feed and watered! They are dumping out the cats water, and talking about trying to euthanize the whole colony.

If you EVER need impact windows, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT get them from Lowe's. They're the worst! Their salesman, Nick Ciriello is the lowest worst! He got my contract and my FULL PAYMENT and was of no help when problems came up afterwards. No one knows what the hell the others involved are doing. Not the salesman, not the measurement team, not the installers, not the "liasons" .. no one. They have my money so I'm stuck with their inneptness. Bunch of useless

I shopped here last week and spoke to a manager chang about an order that the store had canceled for no apparent reason. As I spoke with Chang, she began getting more and more agitated. I visited this store today, SW 137 ave.and from the moment i walked in the store ,you felt welcomed ,it was clean and organized ,a special thank you to TJ, Ashley,and jose for their exceptional customer service and their willingness to help and answer questions, my respect to the store manager for the great employees they have ,good customer service and great team work is an indication of great leadership , i will use this lowes as my home improvement store from now on. Love this store. Thank you.

I am so impressed by the customer service and overall organization , great inventory of this store that I will from now on use this as my home improvement store, Thanks to TJ,Ashley and Jose who were exceptional! Willing to help,kind and approachable I recently visited another well known home improvement store that employees were rude,unwilling to help and store disorganized. My respect to the Lowes Manager for such exceptional employees. THANK YOU, See you again!

I missed out on the week time period to give the surveys but wanted to make sure both Julie and Henry were commended for how wonderful they were with helping me get a new stove top and oven. It was a stressful for me and they did a great job walking me through the whole process.
