We went to buy a Dryer and after buying one we came home to a non functional Dryer. We ended up having to go back and the gentleman who helped us prior was very nice and helpful. He gave us another Dryer which was the same brand and price. We came home and Again, same thing, non functional dryer. Thankfully, when we go back to the store, for the second time, the manager took us straight to the register and without saying a word to us, refunded the purchase. First and last time going to Lowe’s Outlet!

Excellent service you can find anything such lower price and you can bring them down. So much to choose from we got our intere kitchen and washer and dryer love it top of the line. Manager was extremely helpful every employee was very nice, that the place super recommend it.

Great products for great prices but the service we received Saturday was unbelievably rude and not helpful at the slightest. First we asked about purchasing a grill and some lady just waved her hand and said yeah just get it and bring it down. No friendly welcome and didn't offer to help a guest looking to spend money. When we brought the grill down the cashier ringing us up could barely speak English or Spanish (I speak both) and just mumbled and kept burping under her mask and made little to no sense. Getting my information took almost 15 minutes and she appeared to be falling asleep or drunk we really couldn't tell. She then mumbled something about a gas tank and said understand? Both my friend and I said no, can you repeat that and she walks away. We waited for about another 15-20 minutes and asked another employee if anyone can help us place the grill on the truck "no we can't" so I ask about the gas tank we're waiting "I don't know, just wait I guess". Finally the manager arrives and opens the gas tank locker and we ask for help and just blows us off saying he can't help. "I have a bad back too" in a not very inviting tone.The entire experience was horrible and honestly had we not needed the product for the evening I would have asked for my money back. I understand it's a Lowe's Outlet but I'd think Lowe's would want their customer service standards delivered at their outlet locations as well.

La atención al cliente por parte de los empleados es deficiente. Se observa que no ganan comisión ni hay un buen administrador en esta tienda. Creo que en todo negocio la atención al cliente es esencial así como la gestión por vender. Es una lástima porque la tienda está ubicada en un buen lugar y los equipos son muy útiles para el hogar.

The manager of that place is the worst I have seen in years and the treatment was terrible as if the store belonged to her, telling me that if I didn't sell it with her, no one could offer me the same discount, she told me that I had to pay a practically forced delivery and tremendous arrogance, in the end she didn't let me buy the washing machine because she told me that I had to buy the washing machine at that moment, otherwise it wasn't her problem because I didn't have my truck with me at that moment, that lady shouldn't work with customers service and the store employee as if she were afraid of him, in the end I wanted to buy 2 washing machines and they didn't let me buy them, at home depot they sold it to me with the best service, very bad for you to have such unpleasant people in that store if I could Giving 0 stars would be my rating. And there are cameras witnessing what happened and that was with my baby and my wife.

I have no complaints in regards to customer service. My complaint is regarding the merchandise. After finding ourselves having to return 5 broken clothes dryers, I wish there was an option to rate them 0 stars. We had a very bad experience taking broken appliances home, going through the trouble of installing them only to find out it did not work. It’s really frustrating and not worth the aggravation.
