Sophia is AMAZING! I stopped in to browse and ended up finding the perfect gift for someone. I was going out on a cruise the next day. Sophia said that she could package and mail it for me. She made this gift incredibly special and beautiful! My spiritual mom is overjoyed... She received it the next day via Fed Ex! Sophia's personal touches and amazing customer service... Unmatched and so very appreciated!

I had such a wonderful experience at LoveShackFancy Coconut Grove! Tania was our salesgirl and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. She even brought me water while I shopped, which was such a thoughtful touch. She went above and beyond by shipping my purchases to my home so the gorgeous packaging wouldn’t get ruined during my trip back. The clothes are absolutely adorable, and the vibe of the store is just precious—charming, welcoming, and full of whimsy. Truly such a great shopping experience!

I’m a frequent shopper at LoveShackFancy in the Grove and have nothing but good things to say. The girls working are so kind and attentive. The store manager Sammi is so cheerful and always welcoming. I have been shopping with Sophia for the past couple years and she always makes sure my closet is updated with the cutest finds. There is a sales associate named Tania who is always wearing the cutest accessories and has definitely kept me up with the trends. 10/10 would recommend

Came in and looked around, had no one come and talk to me. Clothes felt cheap and not good quality for their price. Plus, they were playing country music, which in my opinion ruined the cute English tea vibes the store had.
