I bought GMC terrain from the year 2022, zero mile, very bad experience, I do not recommend it, it stalls and does not disconnect, this happened, the car was running, leaving me stranded, the triple A tow truck could not take it to the dealership now to fix it, I hope it doesn't happen again because I had a big scare

Attention, gentlemen. If you are thinking of doing business with this dealer, I do not recommend it, and if you do, put up with the lack of courtesy and kindness. The service staff, from the manager on, are rude and impolite. I would not do business with these people.

On August 28, 2024 my Buick Envista was due for the First oil change. My Service Advisor, Adam Ray Lopez took care of the car service needs by performing a Multi-Point inspection - complimentary, a Buick Protection Maintenance, tire rotation. Mr. Lopez was diligent, courteous and professional. We were very pleased with Mr. Lopez service. The job was done quickly and he offered to wash the car as a courtesy. We recommend Lorenzo Buick and Adam Ray Lopez for your automotive needs.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Sold me a lemon preowned Denali. Got rid of it and have been trying to get my gap refund back FOR MONTHS . This place is the absolute worst i have ever experienced. What a JOKE!! Finance department doges emails, calls, tells me it was sent but never was!!!! Sketchy!!!!!!!! Do not trust this place.

It's no use, don't go to this place, they are scammers and they don't even give you a car to get to work while they leave yours there for 15 days without doing a diagnosis. Don't buy cars there or take them to be fixed, they will have a bad time. experience

I purchased an used vehicle from this place and I will never do it again. Something positive is the vehicle was cleaned very well and appeared delivered to me in good condition. Three days later discovered bad brakes, had to change all four tires, and replace the rear shock absorbers. Almost sixty days after purchase still driving with a temporary tag. UPDATE 8/27/2024 -:- Approximately two weeks after purchasing the vehicle and after this poor review the general manager called me to tell me that they were going to help with the expenses. I called twice to speak to the GM, still waiting for a call back.
