This review is for their Bal Harbour location. If you want to be judged and interrogated, feel free to shop here. The minute I walked in the sales associate inquired as to whether I work at the mall or whether I’m here to “actually shop”. She noted I was taken aback by the question and proceeded to explain that she gets a lot of mall employees browsing. Luckily for her, I made her job easy.. I am neither an employee of the mall nor will I be requiring her services to “actually shop” at this particular establishment. Profiling at its best. She did not make the same inquiries to any of the other customers that walked in after me.

Horrible experience I left my sunglasses that came factory damaged for repair manager evaluate the case and two weeks, no call and in top of all that they dont answer the calls.

LOEWE is leading in the fashion world now and this location is definitely setting the tone. The merchandising attention to detail and the welcoming of the team really sets this brand apart. The manager Mica even came over and helped us with a Valentine's Day purchase thank you so much for an amazing experience.

I read an article highlighting their Paula's fragrance and was so excited to give it a whiff. I went online, saw that it was available in-store and hurried over to the boutique. The gentleman who greeted me was quick to share how amazing and summery it is. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ended. I was told there was no tester to try prior to purchase. He didn't take my name to call when it arrived, didn't offer to open a bottle since I'd come specifically for this one scent. Just stood there telling me how "lovely" it is. Sorry, Loewe. That was your one shot to give good service. So disappointed.

Mikhaila the store director was the absolute worst manager we have ever encountered. We spoke with a sales associate about the shoes and she told us a size 42 eu was a size 9 womens us which is absolutely wrong (anyone who works at any high end European brand should know this). We told her no it was not and she rudely said “umm yes it is but whatever you want” and just walked away while we were speaking. Then we asked for the manager and the store director named Mikhaila came out and didn’t even ask us what happened?! and said that this woman was her top seller. How does being the top seller matter if she gave us attitude and incorrect information? The director was insanely unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting and will never shop here again.

Horrible experience. Store assistant (who didn’t give her name) had a terrible attitude - Store Director (Mikaila or something along those lines) had the same unfriendly demeanor when we tried to talk to her. You’re losing customers because of untrained staff - you need an actual store director on site, keen to welcome customers - and not ok to see customers upset and to give attitude to them. We also just ordered shoes the day before from Loewe online and will be initiating their return. Really disappointing to see your brand tarnished - please don’t let it get worse.

I have always been a fan of Loewe but now I am a super fan after experiencing the best customer service ever! Francisco and Bernard went ABOVE AND BEYOND with our most recent purchase for our daughter. We had purchased her purse and they had plans to courier it to our house in time for her birthday and when the courier didn't come through, Bernard personally drove the purse to our home to deliver it in time. That just doesn't happen anymore and we are forever grateful and forever fans of Loewe-not just their bags but their employees. Bravo!!!

This is regarding a specific incident, the overall service of the SAs were decent but the Miami store had failed to notify me regarding a price increase in the puzzle bag, which had gone up by $250. I used to work in this field and months before the price increase, the store employees will start notifying customers ahead of time. I was here during late March and the price increase occurred in April so the employees must have known beforehand but the fact that I wasn't notified was extremely disrespectful.
