This is the best pharmacy with the best doctor, tech, and staff. Not only are they always personable and kind, they will go above and beyond to get my medication on time at the best price possible. One time they were willing have someone drive all the way to Hallandale to bring my medication on the day I needed it before a trip. Another time I was very sick and they had my meds delivered at no cost. Best team, best pharmacy. I will use them forever even if I move.

Locatel is a part of our country Venezuela, and the help and attention they gave my cousin in their pharmacies was excellent. Thanks to Liliana Matheus who, through her help on WhatsApp, was able to buy Losartan Medicine in The Hallandale team was very patient, attentive and responsive and theGuidance on how I should do it, many thanks to the Locatel staff!!!

This place has my heart! Everyone is very welcoming; Especially, Mercy (pharmacist), Regla (front desk) and the manager which I forgot her name. I look forward to pick up my medication every month just to see them. They make you feel like family. Nothing compared to CVS or Walgreens. Locatel is very fortunate to have employees like them. If they were to go elsewhere, I would follow them.It’s a small store but it has SO much variety that I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for and a piece of home that comes along with walking into Locatel.

The customer service for placing an order via WhatsApp is terrible. I called by phone and they told me that I had to write on Whatsapp. Two days passed and I sent them the medical prescription and they never responded. I would like to not give my one star

Love coming here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a much better experience than going to CVS/Walgreens pharmacy.

Locatel is amazing. The women at the pharmacy go out of their way to be helpful, explain everything related to prescriptions, and are communicative and kind. I switched to here from a chain pharmacy and will never go back! Really wonderful customer service.

This pharmacy is seriously phenomenal! The staff is SO kind and so helpful, and my medications are always ready on time. There is also a personal touch here at Locatel which you do not experience at other pharmacies, and they take the time to answer any and all questions you have. I switched to here from a Walgreens and will NEVER go back to them or any other pharmacy. Highly, highly recommend.

Always have my meds ready when I need them to be! Whenever I have a question for the pharmacist, I always get called back if she’s not there or it’s addressed right then and there. Love this place!

This is a family pharmacy. It's like you are talking to an aunt or cousin who is willing to help you and knows what's best because of their knowledge.
