Impossible to park where you want. Have to park where you’re told nowhere near your seat. Phones don’t work without wifi. WiFi in building doesn’t work. Can’t buy anything with cash. No notice of not being able to use cash before you spend hours getting to the park. Can’t feed my hungry kids because I have cash. Didn’t think a business could refuse cash.

Went to a game of ‘Serie del Caribe’ and the experience on the stadium was amazing. From anywhere in the stadium you can see clearly. The fans were amazing, they have a great variety of food and the tickets are not expensive.

Your dynamic pricing for the Caribbean Baseball Classic event tickets was a total bust... The flexible daily game prices were a total disrespect for the fans and followers of this event that ventured far and near to see these games. Miami can do better than this and should get rid of those encouraging/sponsoring this kind of business practice.

Monster Jam was great except for the security guard that planted himself directly in our line of site. When asked to move, he refused. We spoke to some supervisors who said they would ask him to go down a bit but it was a waste of time since he did nothing. Other than that, we enjoyed our Monster Jam experience. We would have given 4-5 stars otherwise.
