Nothing to say about the shop, well stocked. The girl who works there, however, is very unpleasant (she is the girl who has a child with her), does not give information on what one would like to buy, responds in an annoyed manner and after having purchased 4 cigars does not provide freshness bags for everyone. First he claims that there aren't enough of them and then he says that if we want them we have to pay. I wouldn't go back just for this.

Visited little Havana during a trip to the University of Miami.
Visited this cigar shop of many on the strip.
This one contained a really nice lounge area for smoking.
I am not a cigar person, so do not have any insight as to whether this place is better than the many others on the strip.

Really fabulous collection of cigars and all things essentially Cuban. It’s in Little Havana, Miami and you must visit even if cigars are not your thing…just to see and learn.

Dissatisfied with the costumer services, I bought a box of Tobacco which cost me $600 to give as a gift. Unfortunately, the person to whom I want to give the gift is not very fond of Tobacco. I asked for a credit in the store to be able to buy something else and they flatly refused to give it to me. the change ????? be very careful with what you buy because they do not accept returns

I'm non smoker but bought some cigars as gifts. Was a nice experience to stroll around the shop and read all the information about the cigars. I would definitely recommend a visit even for non smokers.

The one employee with the glasses I think, the one that likes the chocolate flavor, was very nice and helpful. He was patient and answered all my questions. The store is beautiful inside!
