Because of this company's actions and poor quality I personally lost OVER $5,000. Ordered custom made boxes for a client of mine. Leandro (the owner of this print company) agrees to custom make these boxes. Prints them on cheap quality stock (not box quality). He Prints the boxes on a standard laser printer (wtf) but charged me as it was actual offset press quality (over $5000 transaction). My client rejects the product. I then go ask Leandro to make this right by re doing it the "correct" way and he blatantly refuses too. WHAT A MESS I'M IN. My next step is Better Business Bureau. Don't trust Leandro and this print company. Bad business mantra...

It wasn't a high quality job as it was promised. They refused to fix the order and have it shipped as needed. I really do wonder how stores like this stay in business. The managers here prioritize making a point over helping their customers and that's truly unfortunate.
