Good morning Doctor Lidia, I hope you are better than me!The operation of the establishment is terrible, in my opinion you are very good at dealing with pets, but respect for the client does not exist, today I arrived at your establishment at 8:35am and it is closed, on your website and On Google Maps it shows that they open at 8:30am and it is not true, they waste time and the opportunity to urgently attend to a pet, I am still here in front of their store at 9:06 and apparently they are not going to open.

I have being seen her for 11 Years and my dog Yobie hasn’t gotten sick ones. Lidia is a trusted kind vet. She even did the surgery for my dog not to have babies and it was success. I just got New mini golden double I’ll be passing by soon! We are very grateful to have lidia in our lives.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your clinic in the hope that my feedback can help improve your service.First, I want to thank you for the effort and dedication you put into caring for the animals. However, during my last visit, I faced some challenges that I would like to discuss.Unfortunately, my appointment was not attended to at the scheduled time, resulting in a considerably long wait. I understand that unforeseen events can arise in any clinical environment, but I felt that there was a lack of communication regarding the delay, which could have been handled more effectively.Additionally, I perceived some disorganization in the management of appointments and patient flow, which I believe contributed to the delay in care. In this regard, I would like to suggest reviewing your internal procedures to improve efficiency and ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.On the other hand, I noticed that the prices of the services offered are considerably high compared to other veterinary clinics. I realize that quality of service is paramount and I am willing to pay for exceptional care for my pet, but I would like to better understand how these costs are justified.I appreciate your attention to these points. My intention in sharing this experience is to help improve their service for the benefit of the animals they serve and their owners.

I do not recommend this place, a lot of disorganization. They gave me an appointment for 4:30, when I arrive at the place I don't see anyone at reception and there were 4 more people waiting where there were only 2 chairs. I waited for 20 minutes standing to see if they would attend to me or receive me because I never saw anyone who works in that clinic who even came out to say "Hello, we will attend to you in a moment!" The other thing is that the clinic is very dirty, they should clean it more often!!

We've been coming here for 2 years since we first got our furbabies. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes, sometimes wait times are lengthy especially without an appointment. So make sure to put an appointment in. But your pet will get a full check up and care. No quick visit, Lidia and her team take their time and and provide the best care. They are transparent and caring. Medication if needed are always on hand which is amazing as well.It saddens me that she has any negative reviews because I am super picky with who I put my trust in especially when it comes to my family including my pets.10 out of 10 recommend ?

Is the vet even licensed? Very unprofessional. Una chumeria like if it’s Cuba in the clinic. Someone has to go and check the doctor to see if she’s even licensed because it is ridiculously unprofessional. There’s no receptionist once you come in so you can’t even ask no questions. You have to walk to the back to get someone’s attention (if you EVEN get someone’s attention). I don’t recommend this place at all. Please go to a licensed vet! The place isn’t even called a vet! It’s a “pet grooming”.

Always very thankful for Dr Lidia Baguet and her staff. Very dedicated and affectionate with her patients. As soon as Dr Lidia identified how critical my dog was, she inmediately made the calls to transfer my dog to a hospital to continue her care.

Not to be fooled by the name, it is a vet office with an excellent, professional, caring doctor and staff. Not only did she explain to us the possible treatments available but she also followed up with us.
