Buying pricey luxury merchandise online can be a daunting prospect, but I have nothing but rave things to say about Lexor Miami. I dealt with Derya and she is so professional, patient, kind and understanding. Nowadays, when many businesses are known for being most concerned with only making money while spending as little time with clients as possible, Derya at Lexor exhibited the complete opposite of this norm and showed so much respect for me as a customer by spending time with me and going out of her way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. She even included additional fragrances as gifts with my watch and was so easy to talk to and work with. If I have any issue with my purchase, I have full faith that Lexor Miami will support the customer and make it right, so I have the utmost confidence in shopping here. That is very hard to say about a lot of businesses currently. I can tell they care deeply about pleasing customers and generating referrals as a result of great service in addition to upholding their reputation of being a premier dealer. As it is, their prices are reasonable and then they work hard to earn your business by being competitive. To them, the customer really does come first. I would like to express my gratitude to Derya and Lexor Miami for such a high level of service and a great experience in dealing with them, and I look forward to many more dealings in the future.

I have been shopping at Lexor for a couple of years and it is always a pleasant experience. Adam is great and very knowledgeable. The staff overall is very friendly! I recommend this place hands down! They always have the latest. If you're looking for a great deal this is your stop from fragrances to sunglasses, you name it they got it!

This place is a gem and never disappoints. The staff really gives you the VIP experience even if you're just coming to get a feel for the scents and prices. I've been adding to my collection thanks to Lexor. Naomi is the nicest and most patient sales associate. I recommend this boutique to get high end fragrances, watches, and sunglasses.
