This year my insurance changed and I was directed to LensCrafters at The Falls. I have to say that this has been my best experience ever with eye exams and ordering reading glasses. A few members of my family have been there at different times and the experience has been great as well. All clerks are very helpful. Their recommendations were spot on and made my transaction seamless.

Sheimy and Maria were very helpful in setting up our glasses. I got designer prescription glasses at a heavily discounted rate, and ended up paying only $20 out of pocket. Was in and out in an hour.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my daughter glasses from [Optical Store]. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They made my daughter feel comfortable and took the time to explain the entire process to her in a way that was easy for her to understand.
The selection of frames was impressive, with a wide variety of styles to choose from. The staff was patient as my daughter tried on numerous pairs, offering helpful advice and suggestions along the way.
When it came to the glasses, they fit perfectly and my daughter was thrilled with how they looked. The quality of the lenses and frames exceeded our expectations.
Overall, I cannot recommend [Optical Store] highly enough. Their exceptional customer service, top-notch quality, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Thank you for making the experience of getting my daughter glasses such a positive one. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Hello im jamiyah and im 11 years old i came to these people 2 years ago and they are fantastic!! when you want to get glasses you either get them the same day or the next day and i will still come to these people because they are great love this glasses store !! ?

Stephania and Emily were both very courteous and friendly. I was helped as soon as I walked in asking about a walk-in appointment with the doctor for a vision exam. I think Arsenio helped me with his female coworker whose name I didn’t get in the back of the store to sign up for the actual eye exam. They were also very helpful, and Arsenio was very cool and friendly when administering the optomap procedure. Stephania ended up finalizing my purchase and gave me tips about the different lens options. I ended up going with a pair of Tom Ford frames with the antiglare +anti blue light lenses. Emily also gave me friendly feedback when I asked for her opinion on the frames styles. I couldn’t decide between several options and she was very professional and honest, which helped me make my decision. Will come back here for sure.

Wow!!
I brought my sunglasses in to see if they could be repaired because I had sat on them and bent the hinges a little bit
I didn’t even buy them from LensCrafters
They fixed them for me and it was no charge at all!!
Friendly staff I highly recommend this location!!!
