From the list of body shops that the at-fault driver's insurance adjuster provided for me, I chose Le Garage Collision. Their online reviews were promising, and their informative website instilled confidence. I sent my repair estimate through their website and went to the body shop the next day. The location was by The Falls mall and easy to find. It was hard to find parking though but I was able to park on the side of the street.I spoke to Marlon, the manager. He knew what to do right away and contacted the adjuster to make sure the claim was good to go. He told me to drop off my car on a Monday and they have rental cars if I needed one, which I did, for $30/day.When I went to drop off my car, Marlon wasn't there but an employee told me that the secretary will help me when she gets in. When she came in, she did the paperwork and told me about the rental cars cost breakdown and estimated the repair to take 3-4 days. The rental car, a Nissan Versa Note, didn't have gas in it, so I brought it to their attention. They were able to put some gas in the car before I left.I received a message and call on day 3 that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to the body shop before they closed. The manager was there and told me that they fixed my car and were excited to show me. When I saw my car, the damages from the car accident were repaired and door shells were replaced. They really went above and beyond, and even vacuumed the carpets, which they didn't have to do. I noticed that they accidentally broke a window rain guard, but they glued the pieces back together and buffed the surfaces, and it was hard to tell.The process to return the car rental was they checked the car, recorded the mileage driven, and assessed the condition.I'm glad that I picked Le Garage Collision out of the list of body shops. The service was great considering it can be intimidating to find a body shop in Miami that won't screw people over. The repairs have warranty, the manager is very responsive, and the turnaround repair time was fast. I highly recommend!

I can not give them stars enough for the way this shop handle my car’s repair while I was out of state. I was involved in an accident the very best day before to my moving from Fl to another state, the vehicle was so damaged I decided to let it on a body shop while dealing with the insurance claim. This shop handled the repair from the beginning with the adjuster until final repair in an incredible short time and the vehicle was perfect like the accident never happened. Thanks Marlon to you and your professional team.

These guys are really great they have taken great care of me. They have been on top of the repairs the whole time and have kept me updated throughout the process. The office was neat and the people were really nice!

My experience at Le Garage Collision was very good, from the owner, Mr. Marlon, to the secretary, to the mechanics, everyone always treated me with great kindness and respect. The car was left as factory and I didn't have to wait that long. I recommend them to anyone who needs services for their car because they are Super excellent.Thanks to everyone in that workshop.

Terrible customer service experience. I heard no updates for more than 2 weeks waiting for my car to get fixed. I had to text several times to get short answer updates and then when the car was ready I was harassed with over 15 calls and messages from the owner Marlon telling me to pick up my car or there were daily storage fees during the exact same day of completion. He made my life very stressful and I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone. My car at the end even was okay but not great it has a few glitches every now and then.

Great work!! I would highly recommend this shop. They helped me every step of the way. From taking my car to the shop, to providing me with a rental right there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered every question and gave me updates constantly.
