I called Lawnmowers R US and talked to Oscar. I was having trouble finding a blade belt for my Husqvarna Z248F. The part number on the deck of this mower does not work for the belt needed. Oscar said to bring it over and they will find a belt to fit. He told me they can do this while I wait. When I got there they were busy so I had to wait a little. They not only found the correct belt but also fixed a shorted wire on the blade clutch assembly. Oscar and his mechanics were excellent, the service was top notch! When I need parts again, that's where I'm going! Wow what an excellent customer experience, they are the best!

OK I’m gonna start this review by telling you that I am a red blooded American. I am one of the few still left in Miami.. this establishment is by far the best lawn equipment repair shop that I know of in the city. Their prices aren’t cheap, but good work is not cheap. These men know their business and do it very well thank you gentlemen, Pura Vida.

Dinos are supposedly free, but I decided not to go with there service as I felt a carb clean and sparkplug replacement was not worth $200. Instead of receiving the free Dino I was charged $53.50 to get my mower back. Will not return , do not recommend.

I needed a drive belt for my Husqvarna mower. I could not find it anywhere. I called and talked to Oscar at Lawnmowers R US, he said bring your mower over and we will find a belt that fits. It was a little busy when I got there, I waited for a short while. I drove my mower in and they found the correct belt needed and installed it. On top of that, the excellent mechanic found a shorted wire on my belt clutch assembly that they fixed! The costumer service was top notch! When I need parts or repairs, that's exactly where I will return. This was an excellent costumer experience, thanks Oscar!

Left equipment to be repaired asked for an estimate first. Received call from them that it was ready for pick. Told them that no one called with the estimate and they said they did but no one answered, they didn’t leave a message and decided to fix it anyway.Told them to un repair it and picked it up, caution.

This place is a hidden Gem. Oscar and his brother and the guys are always working and can diagnose issues and get them fixed quicker than the huge lawnmower shops. Have been using them for 7 years with the Tree company I am with. Good friendly and will let you know when your equipment is ready and wether or not to fix or replace.

I am so grateful with Lawnmowers R US Inc, I have dealt with Alex before but today I feel I should share a great experience! Called Alex, about my lawnmower, I thought it was the battery but ended up being nothing (my ignorance) he taught me how to properly turn on the engine. I asked? How much do I owe you, he said nothing, I offered to pay for the gas, he wouldn't take it. I highly recommend this company, honestly, professionally and decency.
