BEWARE of this business or as they call themselves... A global retailer and distributor! I am leaving this review because a year later we still do not have the parts that were missing from our Caja China. I have an email from Mat the owner that he would resolve this issue: His words are as follows from 6 months ago "Hi Chris. The Double Rack sets are back ordered right now. Once we have them we will get them delivered along with the handles." I just called and he picked up the phone. I asked for Mat. He says: Who is this? It was obvious it was him. He has ignored my emails for months. I laughed and then said: Mat I know this is you and we have been waiting for our parts for almost a year. What does he do? He hung up the phone and wouldn't pick up when I called back! A person like this does not deserve my business and would not be there for you for support if anything goes wrong. I should have been suspicious when I saw that his name was Matthew Masters. A gringo in Miami selling Caja Chinas?

I highly recommend Latin Touch, Inc. An item I ordered (domino table) arrived damaged from shipping. I contacted Mat Masters from Latin Touch & we agreed on a discount for the damaged item & immediately Mat honored his word and made good on a partial refund. Great customer service. I highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Just bought our first Caja China from them. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was polite and patient even after we called twice for questions and tips on roasting our first pig. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Diamond Cut 100lbs roaster and I cant express to you how happy I am. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very welcoming. I will definitely be shopping with them for all accessories for my pig box. Thank you Guys!!!!

I've known Mat, the owner for years and he has always been there to answer any questions I had about cooking with the Caja China. Great experience with them. I'll definitely be back this Summer to pick up some parts and accessories for my roaster.

This is a follow-up for the China Box/Latin touch we previously ordered/rated. A mixed (US/Vietnam) family we often enjoy the best of both cultures. For large family gatherings we have a rotisserie that will handle a 150 -200 lb animal. We often trap or purchase piglets for gatherings. The boys wanted a pig for Super Bowl, but it was only going to be a mid-size crowd. The Rotisserie consumes a lot of prep and cook time, needing constant attention, so I bought A China Box from Latin Touch to try it out. Commented on assembly earlier. Used the Mojo marinade and rub package for prep and followed the directions of others. As you can see the results were simply outstanding. All who attended had a great meal. The only drawback from the day.....the Atlanta Falcons aren't Super Bowl Champs. Have pictures but don't know how to put them on here. Latin Touch is literally too good to be true! Being one of the greatest procrastinators ever, I waited until right before I'd throwing a big pig roast party to start searching for a box. I looked everywhere and although I found plenty of sites that sold "La Caja China," they all charged a ridiculous amount in delivery fees. I called Latin Touch and placed my order over the phone. I called on a Tuesday and the man on the phone said I'd have the box at my door in 3 days (yeah right!). Did I mentioned the price including shipping was less than the price of the box on Amazon? After I hang up I was so sure I got ripped off, I just couldn't believe the guy was telling me the truth. Well low and behold I got home Thursday evening and the box was at my door step. We assembled it right away because I was sure that's where I'd have issues but nope! All the pieces were there and we are ready to roast a big--not sure why I'm so excited about this considering I don't eat meat but I know everyone else will love it. Bottom line order from this people, they're the real deal.

Have made several purchases over the past two years. Friendly staff, great prices, and overall great experience. I had my Caja China replaced by them and it was less expensive and better quality than that other company. Now I'm hooked on all the additions I didn't know about. The smoker, rotisserie, even the wood chips. Slowly becoming a BBQ junkie.

I ordered a La Caja China cooking box online and received an email from the owner that there was a 3 - 4 week delay from the manufacturer. I mentioned to Matthew that we have a big party coming up and needed the cooking box. 2 days later I get an email that my order is being shipped out today, I reached out to Matthew who told me that he was able to locate the item we needed and shipped it to me today. It is rare these days to have a company try their hardest to please their customers. Little things such as this that make a lasting impression for me on Latin Touch. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and received the cooking box when needed. I highly recommend Latin Touch to everyone, not only for their vast amount of products, but for their A+ attention to their customers needs!
