Beware!! BAIT & SWITCH SCAM. I booked and prepaid via a 3rd party company (Priceline) When I arrived I was told I had to use their insurance. That was a bit disappointing but ok. I needed the car. However, the bigger issue was that the agent checking us in for the rental pick up begins to say that we also had to pay more for the rental because we had paid too little. I told him it was paid in full and that I didn’t owe them anything more than now the insurance cost adjustment. He laughed and said that it was impossible for me to have gotten the rental for the cost and that I had to pay up. I told him again that I had prepaid and I didn’t owe them anything more than the insurance cost. He wouldn’t back down. Then another worker stepped in aka our shuttle driver Michael. He tried to behave like the “good cop” and apologized about the person we were dealing with explaining that he is new. He then looked at our prepaid amount and said “I see you have a prepaid amount of X but you paid too little. We have to charge you more plus the insurance. I said that’s the price you negotiated with Priceline and sold to me. I don’t understand why you think I owe you more for the car. He then laughed and said it’s impossible for you to rent a car for that price anywhere in Miami. He tried to intimidate me. At this point I just felt absolutely uneasy as this was feeling like a total bait and switch scam. They sold me a deal and at arrival they say nope we will be charging you more now. I spoke with Priceline and they agreed that it was shady and that they would be launching an investigation. Which to no one’s surprise has gone nowhere. The Priceless car rental ppl haven’t replied to any of Priceline attempts to communicate with them and have them answer to their shadiness. We left without our rental and were able to get a great deal with Thrifty even tho it was a last minute. So their statements of not being able to find a deal like we had with them anywhere else was just another lie aka scare tactic. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DO NOT RENT HERE. They’re dishonest people.

The worst service. Two days prior to my arrival moved to a new location. Call and did not find my reservation. I had to rent from another company. It was lost cost. Not a happy customer.

The truth is that it was not possible to take the rent since the website was not clear about the information about taking insurance as expensive as the one they offered me and apart from the fact that the website said that cancellation was flexible and I immediately contacted them to request the refund my money and to date they have not returned it to me so it has been a bad experience and if they do not return my money I would not recommend this platform to anyone since it is a scam I feel very deceived and they are going to steal the 264 dollars that I They charged me without getting any service

I would not recommend renting a car from this location. They have a ton of additional fees.

This place is total crap, SCAM ALERT, stay away at all cost they will try & steal you blind. If you are looking for the worst car rental company on planet earth then look no further you found them.

Horrible customer service. We rented a 12 passenger van that had roaches inside the vehicle. When we called to speak to thw manager he is very unprofessional and act as if we carry a bag of roaches and place them their ourselves. The seat were dirty. I had tomtake thw car because everything was already booked and paid for. Never rent a van from them.

This company is an scam, stay away from it.
They tried to force me to pay for insurance because my Progressive full cover Insurance $100000, $300000, was not enough to cover their rental, plus they limited the mileage even when they advertised on Expedia, unlimited miles, using the excuses of Florida resident.

Your service stinks. I had to call Expedia and cancel the reservation after waiting for your airport shuttle service at MIA for almost an hour with No-Show.

The shuttle that was supposed to run every 10-20 minutes never arrived, even after I called and was told they would send someone over. Subsequent calls went to voicemail. We had to book a car from another rental agency. We lost close to 2 hours.

I was never able to pick ip rental because location was close for the day.. been trying to get refund and not able to even talk to someone. This is poor service and i will never return.

I did not end up, renting from them as they would not accept my personal insurance policy for my cars through farmers. They wanted me to pay $25 a day for their insurance and told me my abilities were not high enough. I went to budget rentals and had no problem renting a car with my personal insurance. Never had a rental company say my personal insurance was insufficient.

It was a horrible experience, I do not recommend it. I am a soldier and I visited my mother, and I rented a car in this place and my vacation became a nightmare. They charged me more than double the price, when I had never had problems with other car rental companies. I do not recommend this company.

Read the fine print. I booked on Priceline. My car insurance covers car rentals but they would not accept my insurance. I was charged additional money for insurance and I also was not able to use my own Sunpass. I was forced to purchase their Sunpass. I recently rented a car from another company in Orlando and had no issues with my car insurance or using my own Sunpass. The car I had was clean and relatively new I did, however, have to put air in the front tire within 30 minutes of driving it. Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was a breeze. I will not be using this service again.

Not only they do not pick up the phone, after getting there they let you know there's a 1000 dollar fee to take the car out of state.
