Don't waste your time with this company. You'll be lucky if they even call you back. They did my taxes in 2018 and 2019 and I had to make a lot of phone calls to get the paperwork finished. In 2021 I sent them my tax information for 2020. After many emails and phone calls they never did do my 2020 taxes. I had to hire another accountant. Worst of all they made mistakes in my 2018 taxes and I ended up owing the IRS more money. They did nothing to help me.

Where do I start. We reached out to Landa and Associates in October of 2020. The owner, Beatriz Landa personally attended us and assured us that they were experts when it came to QSR's. We paid the firm to set up and run three different QSR's. We incurred costs to set up each restaurant and to host our data in a hosting co. she suggested. Very long story short, they have gone silent. We are on the verge of opening our restaurants and the firm has gone silent for months. All we get is a "we will get back to you", when we ask for our data and our books. We are also asking for a refund of $3,750, which is what we paid , and of course, we hear nothing. Now we have had to incur attorney's costs in order to get our data and our money. I'm very mad at the situation but also relieved that this didn't happen with three operating restaurants. It would have been an even worse nightmare. Stay away from this firm! I have dealt with irresponsible vendors, but this one takes the cake. By the way, still waiting for our money and our books and it's 4/20/21.

Keep to their dateline, for a start. Nice staff but if I have asked for my taxes in March and it’s May and I still don’t get what I paid for and have been given excuses and excuses, then having nice staff is not going to work. Do note that I have given them what they asked for so they can start working so it’s not a lack of inefficiency on my part. Because of their lack of urgency, all parties waiting for my taxes have to file for extension. Horrible experience

I hired this accountant to file my tax return last year and she did a horrible job. My returned was sent back to me from the irs as incomplete. This mishap cost me 378 dollars in a late filing fee. She refused to pay me for her mistake and would not take my calls. I let it go as a loss. I just now realized I could leave this review in hopes others will beware of ms landa’s inept work ethic.

This has been the worst experience of my financial life. Mrs Landa is very irresponsible and krass. It was nearly impossible to reach her by phone email. I had to literally visit her office unannounced just to talk to her. She filed 3 years of my returns and the irs had issues with all 3 returns. I had to make my own corrections because mrs landa would not take any responsibility. Her response was "you signed a release and therefore i take no responsibility". I will continue to inform everyone i can about this office. I should have known there was in issue when i saw an eviction notice on her office door.
