I recently purchased a pre owned Genesis GV70 from this dealership. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I would like to particularly say that the salesman Garcia, went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy throughout the entire process.

Our sales person was Reggie and he was nothing short of incredible. We were walk ins and usually that isn’t always the best thing when walking into a dealership. But Reggie greeted us with a smile on his face and eager to hear what we were looking for. He took us right to the vehicle, got us the keys, and was ready to get started on paperwork within the first 20 minutes. He helped us the most value on our trade in and even arranged a transport pickup for the vehicle since it was coming from out of state! Thank you Reggie! We are loving our new RR! We will come to you for all future car purchases just because of Reggie!

Avoid this dealer!I bought a lightly used Range Rover Sport in 2016 from this dealer and have been having it serviced by the same dealer since. Their charges always seemed high to me but I’m not a car expert and when I or friends challenged the charges, they would insist that the work was necessary. Mine is a very low mileage car and at 36k miles they insisted I needed an 80k mile level service because of the age of the car and they also insisted that the brakes needed to be replaced. It got to the point that no regular service was under $4000. Now there is a new dealer closer to my home. I brought my car there today for service and shared with them the service records. My service advisor, a former mechanic, was appalled at all the unnecessary services I had been charged for and suggested I report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would not buy another car there and will definitely never use them for service again.

My sales person (Marcos) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained, and answered my questions patiently. Great communication prior to visit in person via text and phone.He reached out to me a few days after me driving my new Defender, to make sure I was connected to the app and asked if I had any issues or question he could answer.

Tyler is an excellent service advisor. He addressed a few minor warranty concerns completely and faster than I expected. Everyone I encountered in the service department was very professional. This is a first class operation.

Normally don't leave reviews but felt I should this time.Very welcoming receptionist upon arrival. I had the specs and details of what I wanted before I even got there. Unfortunately, I was first assisted by an agent that clearly profiled me based on the casual attire I was wearing that he wasn't event interested in selling me a car. He couldn't even properly answer my questions regarding the specs of the car which led me to asking to look at the pre-owned department instead. My sour mood was completely turned around within 5 minutes of meeting REGINALD SPENCE. I gave him the specs of what I wanted and within a couple minutes in the showroom he found me the car I wanted. There was no sales convincing needed, I bought the car then and there. I really appreciate the patience of Reginald - for listening to all my specs and finding the exact car I wanted. Thank you for helping me buy my dream car! To Land Rover, I hope you hire more people like Reginald because God knows how much sales you lost due to the first agent I got (whom I won't mention) but guys, please ask for Reginald Spence when you go and shop at Land Rover North Dade!

Worst dealership I've ever been to at Land Rover!I've been waiting for 2 years to get a replacement key since valet lost my original key. I come to find out they cancelled the order and they never told me about it even though I already paid for the key.Also, my battery light came on so I called service and the operator said bring it in today and they will change it for me. When I get to the North Dade dealership, the service associate said I need to leave the car overnight and they want to run a full diagnosis. I said I'm not leaving the car overnight and requested they just change the battery today. As a result of me pushing back on leaving the car overnight, the service associate came back to me about an hour later while I was waiting there and said everything was fine with the car and they are changing the battery.Again, I will never take my car into this dealership for service based on these experiences.Since I have a condo in Bonita Springs, FL, I now wait until I am staying at that condo and take my car in for service at the Ft. Myers dealership. Way better customer service at the Ft. Myers dealership! When I buy my next Range Rover, I will use Ft. Myers based on my experience at North Dade.Edit: Land Rover replied to my Google review. I called and emailed twice their provided contact info, and still no response back. What a joke of a dealership!

Get rid of Claudio the service advisor an the other service advisor who lied on a recorded call who said "it is what it is and laughed" when I said that's not my bill of $3225.70. I had driven in south Florida traffic to go and pay a bill that wasn't what it was said initially. When I get there. The bill ended up being $2,000 as initially agreed upon after the following experience and initial morning call of pure disregard and lack of respect. The service manager said after sitting in traffic to the dealership after 1 hour or more of driving. " I guess you aren't taking your car and we will see you in court good luck??" Because I was promised in good faith $2,000.. Sadly here's the worst part. I never signed any work order.. yet they wanted to offended me and insult me. I could've fought every piece of fraud and dishonesty. All because I stated I was promised a call back and hours later never received one? When sitting there? After all my frustrations, and two children of 11 and 8 yrs old waiting in my car. I had to result to calling the police. Then my bill went from $3,225.70 to the agreed upon $2,000 initial total after getting upset?? Mind you, 1 month in service for a simple B2 module computer.I'm a very humble person and a vehicle does not define me. To be treated like this? I was beyond embarrassed.The worst and most disrespectful humiliating experience to go through.It's never okay to be told. Welcome to owning a Range Rover! It's a slap in the face. They should both be fired for lack of sincerity or kindness! Yet alone white glove professional treatment that's promised upon purchasing such a beautiful vehicle. YES! The calls are recorded! Take your vehicle elsewhere.

David Echeverri, Sales Consultant is just absolutely amazing!! The second we walked in the dealer he gave us the attention everyone deserves. He was efficient, asked for my needs and immediately researched the exact vehicle I was looking for. He also gave great recommendations. The process was seamless and extremely efficient.
