A SHAME!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE, it is preferable to take an Uber. First of all, they even charge you to breathe. After; We had a fine for putting the license plate wrong (although we had also paid for the parking) Yuli, the person in charge of the place, told us that she paid for it and charged us 85 SERVICE DOLLARS FOR PAYING A FINE OF 30!!!!!!!!! Inexplicable, the truth is that it is a shame. You come with the best of vibes, obviously vulnerable because you don't know the country or the location. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They rent you a very expensive car in poor condition, they charge you deposits that they do not return later. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, they do not respond to you when you deliver the car, their offices open late, THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU AN RESPONSE!!!

THIS IS THIEVES' ROPE! because there is no other name for this ''company'' They hunt you down looking for a car rental at the airport and they take you to their office that is not even inside the airport after telling you a price, once you are there they charge you additional charges and make you pay activation and tolls, AFTER THE CAR IS DELIVERED, THEY MAKE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SUPPOSED TOLLS THAT YOU HAD ALREADY PAID, APART FROM EVERYTHING THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT OR ANSWER CALLS!!! I give 1 star because they cannot give less, apart from the fact that it is the most expensive car I have ever rented in my life, they steal your deposit and days later they continue charging your card and they do not respond!!!! Down there is the number of the person who calls himself Yuri because the company's numbers do not respond, they charged us 147 dollars in tolls when we paid an amount close to 17$ PER DAY that covered "all the tolls" are some ??

The worst experience I've ever had. When I returned the car, they said everything is good and let me go. In a week, they charged extra $70, and I sent e-mails 3 times with my credit card receipt. But they haven't explained and ignored it.

I met them leaving the Miami airport, they all wanted to rent us for $500 and we were able to get $238 with them, it included insurance and highway toll, quick delivery of the car and receipt, the car did run out of battery on the 2nd day but they helped us and they made the checks and change

I would not recommend this place, The car was supposed to be here since 10:00am Been here since 8:30am & they keep giving my family the run around and not giving us any updates on the car! Dont recommend it’s giving SCAM! Now we have to wait Till 12pm for a car, like we have things to do the plan wasn’t to wait for a car all day.

We were running late to get our rental and tried calling. The number listed is incorrect. They gave away our car and then wanted us to wait an hour for a smaller vehicle. The fees for the insurance and tolls was over $300 for 4 days. With all the fees they charge, it isn’t worth going through them. Stay away!

My experience with them is terrible. I make my reservation for the car, and when I get there to pick up the car they tell me that I have to have coverage on my car insurance of more than 300,000 dollars, I told the lady only a millionaire should have that coverage because the cars of They don't count that money there, and to be able to rent I had to pay 39.99 per day for insurance, in the end it was more expensive than the enterprise company, where I rented my car.
