I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The employees were arguing in the back, the bathroom is disgusting, and all the employees are extremely rude. It was 2:15 and one of the employees came out to the waiting room, locked the door and said in Spanish “don’t open the door for anyone else, we’re closed” mind you, it says their working hours are until 3pm. Completely unprofessional, understaffed and horrible location. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time going here.

The place isn’t as terrible as people describe however, it is understaffed and the employees deserve better. Apparently, there are two separate offices at the same location— one is for bloodwork and the other is for pre-employment (urine) in the second floor. The latter is what I’m here for. Although they have a self-check in, I recommend trying to register via their website (I don’t know if they have that option) first or just coming in super-early as soon as they open because it is PACKED. The waiting area itself is neat, clean… just a little outdated (90s-ish). It is your typical, boring waiting room.

I will not go again, the lady in the front said she forgot to put me down as an appointment and people kept going in ahead of me. Technician was not wearing a lab coat and I was left with a bruise. That has lasted for three days now.

I got an appointment for 1:20 and I am still waiting at 1:50. There is only one person working behind the counter and there have been people here waiting over an hour. This place is severely understaffed and inefficient. A huge reason why people have been waiting so long is because one of the girls working here forgot to refresh the computer.

When I arrived at the lab there was a sign on the door that said we do not serve walk-ins and when I entered the room was empty, no one was waiting with a very bad mood and almost scolding they told us to sit down and wait, of course it was quick, there was no one there, the lab technician reluctantly answered my greeting and squeezed my son's arm hard and poked him really hard, she didn't even say goodbye, I said goodbye and just said ok, the treatment was horrible and professionally leaves a lot to be desired.

my parents and i do the same type of test which is blood and urine exam. one say for oral but that is a blood test which the ordering clinic said. we have to do this every 3 months. my parents got the front desk with Juan(a older male with grey and white hair) he looked at the lab order and said that oral and gave my parent's lab order (he is super hard head) is you need to do at home, which is wrong he didnt even look up to see what he said is true. i explained this to lab corp customer services, she saw there was nothing to do with oral exam. the customer staff tried to call the office no one answer the phone. then the staff had to call her supervisor to reach that clinic to answer and explained what happened then that clinic supervisor called and another person female picked the call and treated my parents then my parents was given the right exam. before this event my parents met with juan on a saturday then we thought ok there a lab corp closer yet again juan was at the other clinic on friday and said the samething. then we have went back to this clinic (explained as above). we shouldnt have to be ready to fight to get the right exam to be done that can put us in danger with our health. i'm wondering what else he got wrong and not looking up the exam information, all this happened on dec 2024. i dread going the lab corp every time we have to do the exam because of him. there are other people who have the same experience on the google reviews, why havent someone put that guy to training as well a warning so he can keep his head straight, is like he is being treated special and let him do whatever he wants. before the event for my parents i went the lab corp that was close to my home juan was there and he was having a fight with an old lady as well.

Came in for drug screening, and was out in 10 minutes . Barbara Puermas was my collector and she made sure to keep things quick and simple. (The 10 minutes includes her working with another gentleman before me that showed up at the same time)

Dreadful experience.
