It is very difficult for people to get blood from me because my veins are very slippery. Amelia is able to get blood out veins, fast and painless. Ask for her if you need to get your blood drawn. She makes d experience a breeze!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Emilia or Amelia whatever her name was, was rude and very disrespectful. There was an issue with the machines and she was upset I knocked on the door to get help as the line piled up. I used no profanity and simply asked for her name so I can call corporate for how I was being treated and she told me to go complain to corporate and leave. I was not disrespectful but I can speak my mind. Free speech? I will contacting my lawyers. This is not okay. My rights have been violated.

Came in today 9:30am checked in it was a fast process thankfully because we had an appointment already. People were waiting about 1-2 hours because there was only one nurse. It was a bad experience for me and my two brothers.. Started off by being very aggressive with the band before taking blood out. Secondly my brothers were coming in only for blood but had to do a urine test aswell.. Nurse was very rude and told us it was mandatory to fill the cup all the way up when it was half way already. we had to buy two bottles of water and force to pee more and still was not enough. We left with our parents because it is absurd that we HAVE to fill it up and buying water just to do so. Horrible Experience not coming back to this Lab Corp.

Worst service ever!I just had my blood test with the technician and she was awful! She made my arm get swollen because she didn’t know how to draw blood! And on top of that 0 customer service skills whatsoever!If you are working with patients you have to know how to deal with people!

My insurance only covers my labs at labcop. It's always a an issue. The worst part is that this is the only nearest location to the hospital where all my specialists and doctors are. The place is overcrowded. You have to wait in the narrow isles of a crowded Walgreens. Appointment or not, you will wait. The check in machine are not working. Labcorb NEEDS A LOCATION INSIDE THE HEALTH DISTRICT! Not here! Lots of patience are sent here.

May 12 in the morning .Is my second time going to this location because is near my house but unfortunately the service is horrible !!!!The lady is very" rude"The first time went Ichecked in after wainting an hour she noticed that I was waiting!!!!!! Unfortunately is the same lady !!!!!the company really need to hire peopple that wants to work and loves what they do because their are getting paiddddddddddddddddddddd!!!!! (LACK OF SERVICE)

The woman who was working yesterday, Wednesday, April 6, 2022, is the rudest woman who has ever served me. I spent 3 hours waiting for her to serve me, I was feeling so bad, I knocked the door to ask her a question and she slammed the door on my face. Then she went out for lunch and when she came back she attended a young man who was a friend of hers and who just arrived 5 minutes earlier with 18 orders. when finally I got my turn, she told me that the system was down and she couldn't do anything. With my samples in hand, she told me that she couldn't do anything, neither serve me nor keep them. the worst experience of my life, I will never use this lab or any labquest again. luckily I acted fast and looked for a quest nearby and there was one at 1050 nw 14 st, and they were closing in 5 minutes (2:55) and they opened the door and a kind man named Lazaro told me that of course he could help me. the attention and kindness was absolutely wonderful , the facilities and professionalism has no comparison. I’m grateful with quest for helping me in these moments of anguish for my health.And as if that were not enough, she gave me the incorrect samples. All of this seems incredible to me that it happens in this country and in a supposedly recognized lab. what a shame how a bad and unprofessional worker can destroy a reputation.

The lady who was working today at 9:30AM was one of the rudest and most unpleasant individuals I’ve ever had to deal with. Won’t be coming back to this location following my experience.

Amazing experience! I was in and out without an appointment in 20 minutes. The tech woman working was so kind and she was super fast at drawing blood, no pain.The area isn’t that nice and I don’t think there is a good signal either, but it’s convenient.
