Walked in, sat at a table while my friend checked in, there was crusty food smeared all over the table. Then walked to the building where are room was and the elevator was broken so we climbed 3 stories with all our luggage in tow. Rooms are tiny & bathroom is even smaller. The toilet has to be flushed & refilled 3 times for every use, it's a very weak flush. Beds creek like they are going to break when you sit on them. On the positive side the wash clothes were generously sized, the body wash smelled nice & the room was clean, furnished, & decorated nicely. Very poor value for price paid.

Fast shuttle to and from airport. Easy Uber access to take to the carnival cruise port. Fast service, great hospitality, clean and very cold room. Was perfect. The door to are room was weird but strong lol. What was weird was access to areas using your room key didn’t seem to work. This was my first time here. My parents second time here. I do most of the reviews lol. It’s a great place to visit, sleep, good restaurants near by. All walking distance.Walkability: The access to elevator or stairs was easy. Just walking to the front to get back inside for breakfast was weird is all.

The front desk was very helpful, even shipped a package for us!We were worried because the lobby feels a bit dated and smoky ? but the rooms are modern and clean with a comfortable bed so we were pleasantly surprised!We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, just know it's on a schedule and not available for pickup. It's a 15-20 min ride depending on traffic so a little bit of a distance from the airport but for the price I can't complain!

Horrible looking building, dirty and old. Staff are rude and give poor treatment. Loud at night and early morning due to tricks that park on the property. Stay away...dissatisfied totally. Had my room changed twice due to doors that jam and problem not solved.

I booked this when I booked my cruise in January 2023. Cruise in end of October-Begining November. Stay here before and after cruise. The after cruise reservation they claimed my room was "out of order" basically saying I now had no room. I told them I booked 9 months in advance a room and should definately have a room for first come first served which is what hotel reservations are. They finally give me one. Then leaving at 9:06am the shuttle was still there for the airport. I asked they said I missed it and it won't run again until 10:00am. They only have 1 shuttle vehicle. Online when I booked it said it ran every 30 minutes. Due to this flights were missed. Absolutely do not stay here. I'm pretty sure it was a race issue as they spoke English and Spanish with Spanish first. When I didn't speak Spanish that is when the poor service started and talking behind the counter happened (I know some so I could catch bits and pieces.)

My room was newly updated. Building exterior painted grey, behind McDonald's. Floors and paint in the room were new new. Its clear that some flaws were painted over, so i fear it will deteriorate, but looks nice for now. Bathroom was clean.Not sure why pool with good pump was closed.Laundry room was clean.Reasonable pet fee.

The rooms was so comfortable and clean but the keeper came to the room at 8:00 am ??♀️ who cleans at 8 am?? But is definetly the most economic hotel in Miami. Remember to go with water because they dont bring water (bottled).Rooms: ComfortSafety: So clean, good

My wife and I stayed at this location back in late April. It’s near all of the restaurants, very comfortable beds, clean, efficient shower, and very relaxing. Highly recommendable.

I have to give thumbs up to Jeff from front counter to clear up a mistake that happened. Friendly and funny. While it took a lill while to straighten things out we had a lot of laughs. Thank you for that, we all needed it.Nice place to stay, clean rooms n friendly

Booked this room for my bday because it had suck an amazing pool. When I arrived after 5 1/2 hours of traveling I was told the pool wasn’t working and I could go get another room if I need a pool . My room was prepaid so that was not an option. The pool was clean n had nothing wrong with it except the manager would not open it to be used. Rooms were dirty property was disgusting. Waste of money

They showed a beautiful pool in the brochure online but you can't get in the pool due to the city has close it down but they do not disclose information with you and head of time. No microwave or refrigerators in the room they say you have to request those when their rooms are starting at $107 a night you would think that would be included. The room temperature except for 60° but it felt more like seventy nine in the room the whole time.Rooms: The rooms come with no microwaves and no refrigerator.

This location charge double on credit card for deposit which took a week to clear after checkout. No one at the front desk know anything like there not trained on hotel policy. Pool is closed due to the city shutting it down so don’t waste your time. Building needs cleaning very old looking on outside. Was put on third floor which was a inconvenience. No microwave or refrigerator in rooms unless you request it and they will charge you more for the room. Only one ice machine in building for all guests.

I am currently checked in to this place. Upon checking in for 2 days and its 90 plus degrees outside the pool is closed until who knows when. I should have been informed of this before checking into this place. There is also no refrigerator or microwave in this room! The air conditioning unit makes a humming and a beeping noise. They should give a partial refund as to no pool in this heat. It's Florida and that's why we chose to stay here for the pool! The complimentary breakfast is nothing to brag about either. Most hotels have a Belgium waffle maker to make your own waffle. They had cold pancakes. I had to ask them to plug in the microwave to heat the pancakes. The king size bed is comfortable. The only ice machine is upstairs. The room is nice it does most definitely need a refrigerator and they need to open the pool!I definitely don't recommend a stay hereI will never stay here againI have also put a complaintIn with the corporate office
