I bought ground corn supposedly because it wasn't ground, it was beaten and with bread flour because it didn't taste like anything...I wanted it for frying and I had to throw it away...I won't go back to that place

I am very supportive of supporting small businesses in the community but this place is the worst. My son ordered a Cuban sandwich and we specifically asked him what the sandwich came with and they answered ham and cheese. When he gives me the sandwich they put mustard and cucumber on it, which my son doesn't like. When we try to return it in a sandwich for being incorrect; The person serving told me that it was my duty to see, asking if I brought cucumber and mustard, I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!!! After defending the rights of my youngest son, they bring me a cold sandwich. Incredible, my son felt very uncomfortable, he asked me to leave and he was left without eating in that place because we voted for him. I'll never go back again. What a shame that these things happen in our community. Very bad service.

Today, December 31, I had the bad experience of ordering my food in this place, which I thought would be easy, not having to cook for myself and my guests, I spent 2 hours in this place waiting for the yucas to be cooked, and arriving at the house of course from so much waiting, when I went to set the table the congris was spoiled, with a bad smell and with various colors, the shame before the guests of having to wait so long and then having to cook something in my own house The fact that I had already paid was super uncomfortable, the long-awaited cassava was very good and the pernil was spectacular, but I think if they don't have the capacity to deal with so many orders, don't be greedy because they give bad service and poor customer service and poor quality. in their products. I felt like I was living in Cuba again with the service. I will never order my food from this place.

Very cozy place, despite being small... but I went to buy ground corn to make tamales and it turns out that you can't call it corn... the tamale tasted like corn and was very hard. Nothing to see, not even close to being good corn for tamales...I don't recommend it...A star for the loquats. Those are very good ?
