This was a very bad experience. The woman giving the mani/pedi was incredibly unfriendly and seemed pretty lost about how to conduct the service. I came in and she immediately told me to sit down, so I had to ask if I could pick my polish first, and she was pretty impatient with me.She gave me a tub of water to put my feet in, and then pushed the table up to do my manicure, so after 10 or so minutes my feet were sitting in lukewarm water while she did my hands. I asked if I could have my feet done before my hands were painted so I could get my feet out of the cold water. She refilled the basin and it was so hot I could barely put my feet in it. She then put my feet up on her lap and bent over to work on them. Her hair was long and down the whole time and her hair kept getting on my feet and in my toes while she worked which was pretty unsanitary. She also made several judgemental comments about how small my nails were and marks on my feet.The mani/pedi itself was fine but the experience was so bad and uncomfortable I wanted to leave. This was way too expensive for the kind of service received.Services: Pedicure

I'm confused how this spa is still open or has any positive reviews? I called twice to inquire about appointment vs walk-in for a mani/pedi (both listed on their menu of services), but no answer. I walk over and it's completely empty except for a woman getting maybe a foot massage? I ask the staffer whether they take walk-ins or if an appointment is required and she says "I don't have anything; I'm sorry." I'm honestly very confused.

Best facial you can ever get! Have lived in Boston, NYC, DC & Miami and NO ONE compares to Lillian! She is a magician who treats everyone like family and leaves your skin looking better than you ever thought possible!

Last week I had a terrible manicure and pedicure with Marta! She cut my toe and then proceeded to cut my thumb - both bled! Her gel manicure was painted on the skin as well as the nail. The owner, Lillian, didn't say hello, nor goodbye! What a way to treat a new client! And for this I paid $75! Never have I gotten such a bad mani-pedi & paid so much! Shame!

I always believe things are meant to be. I called last minute for a facial. I was blessed to find Lillian has a cancelation. She is so professional and exceptional at her craft. I recommend her service and her great energy. Lovely products as well. Mahalo ( thank you) Lillian for being you. Six stars

I have been getting facials with Lillian for the past 15 years and she is honestly the best facialist in Miami. I have recommended​ her to all my friends, and they have all become longtime loyal clients. No one knows how to handle your skin better and get the most out of it. I can not recommend her enough. The salon, is a beautiful salon in the heart of Coconut Grove with excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere​, you feel like you are family.

Love the place! Got my haircut with Pascal and facial with Lilian. Excellent service. My haircut is perfect and the facial was so relaxing. Definitely to recommend.
