I had a tough morning on tuesday. I was going around looking for a place to help with a tire since 7am which i just needed a plug and i arrived at 10am this place and the ladies at front were great and very helpful and nice Ms Elba. It literally took 15mins here and the job was done. I recommend this place 150% even the guy that does the labor for the tire was fast helpful and nice

What a great place!!! I was rejected by three tire shops in the doral area dec. 30th around 5pm. A woman alone almost without air would not be enough for these stores to take pity… I was lucky enough to find them and they were so helpful and immediately helped without questions asked!!! I was very lucky to still make it to their shop with some air on my tire. I called on my way to their shop (my last hope before loosing all the air on my tire) and they immediately said come over and we will help…and they surely did! They are now going to be my tire and brake shop forever. They gained a customer for life…❤️❤️❤️

I recently had an incredible experience at La Ceiba Tire Shop in Miami, and I couldn't be happier with their exceptional customer service and unbeatable prices. Let me share my story:I was driving on the highway when, unfortunately, my tire burst. Thankfully, I had run-flat tires that allowed me to safely navigate off the highway. Distressed, I stopped at another shop first, where they quoted me a staggering price of over $250 for a replacement tire. However, fate intervened, and I stumbled upon La Ceiba Tire Shop.To my surprise and relief, they charged me just $120 for the same tire. I was amazed at the affordability! Furthermore, the moment I arrived, they attended to me promptly, recognizing my frustration. They immediately assured me not to worry and even offered me a refreshing cold bottle of water, which was a thoughtful gesture.To make matters more time-sensitive, I had an appointment with my lawyer. The kind lady at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with directions and ensure that I wouldn't be late. I greatly appreciated her support during a stressful situation.When I returned from my appointment, I was delighted to find my car ready and in perfect condition. The efficiency and professionalism of the team at La Ceiba Tire Shop were truly commendable.
