Do not purchase anything here. The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful -- as is one of the young women that works there. I purchased 6 plants from here. While there there was a really nice person working who gave us super clear instructions on how to care for the plants (she said she had been working with the shop owner for 15+ years caring for plants). One of the directions she gave us was to not water the plants until the following Monday because she had just watered them all. I followed the instructions perfectly because I had never cared for a plant like this before. Despite following the instructions one of the six plants was struggling. I took it in to see if they could help by either nursing it back to life or giving me a new plant. Instead I was met with rudeness and aggreession. At first they accused me of lying that the initial lady told me to wait to water Monday. They said the people that work there know never to give a day because all plants are different. I asked them to call her and she confirmed my conversation. Next they accused me of placing the plant in an area with too much light or an air vent. I showed them of a photo of where I placed the plant and they confirmed it was perfect lighting and they could see there was no vent nearby in the photo. Their solution for me was to give me 20% if I bought a new plant which I found to be offensive considering I followed their care instructions to a T. I would have continued buying from here but due to my treatment I will never purchase from here again and I will let my friends know they should do the same.

Wow the service here is great and the plants they have are amazing. I fell in love with everything I wish I had found it sooner. My new favourite plant place, I love their patented design, I forgot the ladies name that helped me but she took her time helping me with all my questions.

Don't believe their service ours in Google. They are just a suggestion. If they decide to close an hour earlier, they will close the door in your face. Disappointed, I leave almost 2 hours away.

Hidden gem! Beautiful little spot filled with incredible plant life! They have this patented moss system which makes them very easy to maintain. Margarita and Ana were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend to any and every plant parent ?

My mother was gifted a plant from here for her birthday. The plant started to die after a few days-the care instructions that came with the plant were properly & carefully followed. We contacted Kreative Gardens and could never get a hold of the owner. She will never respond. They make sure to post "All sales are final" all over the store for a reason. Buyers beware.

Do not purchase plants from here. Owner will not stand behind her plants. They will die soon after purchase and then you will be blamed. Take it from a person with a green thumb.

The place and the atmosphere are incredibly beautiful. Ana was very patient with me and my husband, she helped us find the perfect gift for someone very special and also gave us tips to recover my own plant. Very professional, friendly and attentive.

My 100 year old mother just loves their plants and orchids. She is always pleased to receive from us a plant or orchid from this shop. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Five stars.

CHECK YOUR PLANTS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!The atmosphere and plant variety here is awesome, however they have a serious pest issue. I really wanted to purchase a large begonia by the front window but under closer examination realised it had an ant nest in it!
