It’s so sad to see these negative reviews about Kool & Kute! People love to bring others down. I have been bringing my dogs to groom for about 7 years now and recently brought the newest addition to my family, Sam! I have ZERO COMPLAINTS about this place.They are the only groomers that can handle her sass, she is not easy. I’m ashamed to because sometimes I bring her with so many knots and I get that it’s a process to comb them out!! Every time I drop her off she gets super excited to see them all. Everything about this place is amazing and professional.Thank you Kool & Kute for taking such good care of my furry kids! You have a customer here for life!

Excellent place, I have a cat, I have taken him every month for 4 years, nowhere did they bathe him with water, they always did it dry, it is the only place where cats are really bathed with soap and water!!

That place is spectacular, they are professional, friendly, attentive, the treatment with the dogs is incredible, and also with their owners, the service is perfect, the products they use are the best, the location of the business is beautiful, everything is impeccable, Organized, the staff is perfectly trained, it is a very good experience to go there. My Zero came out looking brand new!! This is the first location in Miami that the staff has been very friendly and communicative with Zero’s needs and his personality. As his owner I know that Zero is a very energetic dog and I am so glad that the staff took that well and has excellent training to keep up with him while grooming him. Thank you so much!!

BE CAREFUL! They make you sign a paper avoiding all the responsibility with the dog (if runs, dies etc…) plus you can’t see your pet getting groomed.About the service, they destroyed my puppies hair, very uneven and now I have to spend more money to fix it. And I took 2:30 hours for them to call me back to pick up my dog. I will attach pictures so you can see …

I took my cats to this grooming salon that I had randomly picked. I just wanted a regular wash and a bit of a trim around their butts for both of them. When I dropped off the cats, I asked how much it would cost. They said it starts at $75 and might go up depending on what the cats need. But then, it ended up being $110 for each cat, which was a shock to me. I wash my cats every 3 months, and they looked pretty well-kept that day. Obviously, I asked why it cost extra, and the front desk manager gave a general explanation about needing extra care because my cats are long-haired. Honestly, it felt like a scam, but I didn’t fight it.Price-wise, this place didn’t seem worth it to me. Back in West Hollywood, CA, where I used to live, I paid $55-60 per cat for the same basic grooming. Even in New York City, in the heart of Manhattan where I’ve traveled with my cats a couple of times, the price was around $60 per cat. So, comparing it with the most expensive cities in the US, this Miami place seemed too pricey. My cats are always well-kept and not hard to handle, so the results are the same everywhere.About the salon: the only part I saw was the small, narrow lobby where you drop off and pick up your pets. I don’t even remember seeing a couch to sit on. When I picked up my cats, they were in their carriers on the floor behind the little reception desk, which was odd. Plus, the lobby smelled strongly of dogs. The salon (or at least the part I saw) didn’t look fancy. But to say something nice, the groomer did a great job washing my cats, the staff was really sweet, and the location in the center of Miami is a big plus. Moreover, they always answered my calls, which is definitely another advantage!Will I go back? Possibly! But I’m definitely going to look around Miami for something more reasonable price-wise first.

Excellent service and will take walk-ins if you go in around 8 AM in the morning. I live right down the street so I walk my dog directly to Kool and Kute.

The best grooming in Brickell.Excellent service, the reception is incredible. My dog is afraid of grooming and at Kool & Kute they treat her like a queen!Very good service and balance between quality and price.

I have been to Kool & Kute twice now, being a new dog mom I was so scared since I have a micro aussiedoodle and have seen some doodles coming out of the groomers looking crazy. The service and staff is 10/10 there I showed pictures and was very specific on what I wanted and got exactly that. My second time I went same thing and even ended up leaving and overthinking her head having a little too much hair looking bobble head like LOL (being a perfectionist) once I got home and called them and they were more than happy to have me bring her right back and fix her head hair to exactly as I wished with no charge or fuss. I saw on Google / Yelp this wasn't the most high rated place and it makes new dog moms scared but it absolutely should be because as long as your clear about what you want they do a phenomenal job. Happy to be booking my third appointment for her there in the near future !
