I have worked out at KO ZONE for quite a while now, from the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. The atmosphere is so welcoming and laid-back, but don't let that fool you—these guys mean business and know what they are talking about when it comes to fitness and martial arts.A few months ago I began kickboxing lessons with Diego and it's been a game-changer for me. Diego, my kickboxing coach, is an absolute legend. He's patient, encouraging, and knows just how to push me to reach my goals. Whether you're a total beginner like me or a seasoned pro, you'll feel right at home here.But what really sets KO Zone apart is the sense of community. It's not just a gym—it's a place where people come together to support and motivate each other. Plus, the facility and equipment are top-notch, with everything you need to get in the best shape you have ever been and have a blast doing it.If you're on the fence about joining, don't be. Trust me, you won't regret it, I can't recommend it enough!

Very Very Happy at this gym. Went in the morning at about 8:30 AM and it was empty PERFECT. Price range is not bad at all 2 locations Miami and Miami Beach. Definitely it’s a much visit. Boxing Mutai Jujitsu

This is a quality gym & business. I am a coach for another gym. I got to know the facility when they hosted an amateur martial arts event and I was impressed with everything including the professional staff. I also left my equipment bag behind and they kept it safe til I got back to them.
