Kitsia Gaines State Farm has the best staff that you can always rely on for support to any needs that you may have when it comes to your insurance company. I have been with them since i moved to Miami from New York City a little over ten years ago and continue to rely on them for all of my insurance needs.

Was taken care of by Franklin J, best costumer service very nice and professional. He made sure I understood every step of the process and I feel more comfortable and confident moving forward if anyone is looking for someone who will take the time to truly understand what you want and need make sure you go with Franklin.

I absolutely love this agent ❣️the service is amazing. They have an app that explains everything and reminds you of your payment. Super professional staff. Frank was my representative he was knowledgeable and patient.

Unresponsive team, Called 3 times at 4:30 pm and the call was sent to customer care but says the office is open till 5… need better customer service agents as they do not attend client properly nor correctly..

I have been a State Farm customer since the mid 1980's and have been very happy with the Kitsia Gaines agency. Just purchased a new policy with the help of Lisa Gattone of that agency who I found to be extremely professional and responsive to my needs. Excellent insurance buying experience.
