I've never had a poor customer service experience here. Selections of food for vegans is limited though. Also, if you're looking for retail therapy, the options of places to shop pleasantly vary at several spending tiers. Last, the value of your dollar on coffee options goes far beyond a Starbucks-but vegan meals and desserts lack at this mall... so don't settle, walk around the area around this mall and Yelp the vegan options surrounding you.

I'm sad they decided to drop validated parking as I asked around some of the staff today and also saw the booth was gone. Parking here is not fun and can add a price to your trip. I felt the parking spots kind of narrow today too. I had to circle the garage for spots while being careful of traffic flow and corners and people. Still a nice indoor-outdoor mall to walk around. It's a few blocks and has sky bridges connecting them. I like the design. Shops are getting better with a mix of more "normal" and "aspirational" brands. You have your variety of coffee/tea/food spots too. Sad they had a cool boutique coffee store that since seems replaced by a Starbucks. Overall it's a pricer mall per the brands and parking. Not a value / bargain spot. Would love to see them try to improve parking, traffic/navigability and selection a bit more and encourage more entrepreneurial spaces vs just buy brands.

I am not a mall person, but this is one of my favorites. Plenty of high end shopping and restaurants. I love the it is indoor/outdoor and in the heart of Brickell. It's a great place to go to kill time.

This is a great place for shopping for those who are visiting Miami. Its a mix of both high ended stores and stores like bath and body works. It has fast food area and all the way at the top they have restaurants as well. It's a three story mall with lots of options to choose from. The only bad part is trying to drive to this place it's a headache, the traffic is ridiculous and the parking definitely is not the best and it's not like most other malls that have free parking, you do have to pay parking for this one. The street parking is also extremely crowded and hard to find and it's really putting your car at risk of an accident since there's so much traffic in this area. Besides these things the mall it's self is a great mall.

Gorgeous mall and so many stores! We went to visit Zara and the kids were mesmerized by the Coy pond! Starbucks being on the premises was a bonus!

Exploring this recently opened shopping center is a true delight. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, City Centre provides convenient underground parking. With its carefully curated selection of unique shops, diverse restaurants, a European-style food court, and a movie theater, this destination truly lives up to expectations. The outdoor, well-ventilated space enhances the joy of window shopping and actual shopping, creating a pleasant experience. The array of restaurants, complemented by ice cream parlors and coffee shops, adds to the appeal. I wholeheartedly recommend this "mall" for a leisurely stroll, especially on the weekends.

The it spot for the day and night activities! There's so much to do from restaurants, mini golf to Lounges . Always a great time when I'm in Brickell definitely recommend for a night out in the town .

Wow what a great shopping center that is open air with 3 levels. Upscale stores and restaurants. Great place to eat walk or just people watch. We ate at Tacology and then had gelato at Roy's de France.

An attraction that really captures all that Miami is. The innovative open-air design, complemented by state-of-the-art canopies and meticulous spatial planning, undoubtedly positions this mall as an exceptional gem within Florida's retail landscape. Featuring a curated selection of upscale boutiques, enticing dining options, and charming coffee shops, this establishment promises an enriching and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience. With picturesque vistas perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, it has quickly become my preferred destination in Florida. However, do note that due to its immense popularity, parking spaces tend to be in high demand. It is advisable to seek a parking spot nearby and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the mall to fully relish its unparalleled ambiance. Lovely way to spend a day in Miami.

Brickell City Centre is my favorite shopping mall in Florida. They have a lot of stores, shops, cinema, bars, restaurants and much more. Nice architecture, views and scenery. Great place to shop or just hang out in a coffee shop or bar.

Our next family adventure take us Brickell City Centre located closed downtown Miami, an perfect spot to spend a Sunday visiting store from the best brand of the country or around the world.They have a lot fun for all members of the family, even restaurants that compete for which is the customer's favorite since the quality of their food is of the highest quality.High recommend place to visit.

Shopping center in downtown Miami which was super close to our hotel. We walked here to check it out and see what shops were there. Did find some name-brand goods and also regular stores as well. They also had a swimsuit store so if you forgot to bring some swimwear don't worry, you'll be able to find something. They have a Zara store and the inside was packed with people. Bought a few items and browsed other stores as well. The mall itself looks pretty and quite unique.
