I went to Kirk Jewelers to shop for an engagement ring and was greeted immediately upon walking into the store. The customer service is exceptional in every regard. Karen offered water and coffee each and every time I visited the store. She helped me find the perfect diamond and guided me through the entire process of building the ring. If I could give 10 stars I would. From start to finish Kirk Jewlers is an A+ establishment. All the staff are amazing and they treat you like family. I initially purchased a diamond necklace for my fiancé and then ended up meeting and working with their Rolex team, which was truly a bespoke experience. I was able to get two dream watches, including a Sprite, by working with Yari, one of their Rolex experts. Yari was truly exceptional to work with and went above and beyond to advocate for my top choices. I cant speak highly enough of Yari and the Kirk team. I look forward to continuing to add watches to my collection and introducing all my friends and family to them!
