Man answered the phone and was rude when I asked about a lien on me for a car I had sold two years ago…they had a receipt for certified mail and I never received any certified notice as claimed… not a professional outfit at all.

They stole my car after they were supposed to be shipping it and after paying $2,000 this is what it looked like inside after it sat on there tow yard two weeks! Never use these people or who they recommend to ship your car. They will hold it hostage and they that the truck is broke down and completely destroy your interior with drug addicts living out of it and no battery radio nothing.

Tow truck driver definitely messed up this person's transmission. After he couldn't get inside the car he parked it back in a handicap spot and left.

They are literal scammers, I work at Amazon Flex and today I went to make a delivery to a hotel and I parked in some parking spaces that were free next to the hotel I went to, in front there were two men, one dressed in security and the other in clothing. normal street, I asked the security if I could park there and he told me that he didn't know that he didn't work at that hotel, so I decided to go quickly to leave the package and leave, but it just so happened that the man I was talking to The security guy I asked is a guy from this company, and he waited for me to leave to run to the truck that was hidden around the corner and when I saw him I ran towards the car but he quickly started the tow truck and didn't even lift it. my car he simply stuck the arm of the tow truck next to the car and told me it was $100 if I wanted him to give me the car back, and I had no choice but to pay it. But my complaint here is that this man is shameless, unmanly and a bad person, because he was there when I asked the security if I could park there, and he simply waited for me to leave so he could tow my car and make easy money, it's incredible. the level of inhumanity, and I told him why he didn't say anything to me when I asked the security in front of him and he told me not to ask him, you have to be tough, I understand that that is his job, but if you You have a minimum of humanity, you understand that he only stopped me to park for a minute to deliver a package, which I'm sure he knew but he didn't care and stayed silent to make easy money, but karma exists and everything in life pays off.

My Mazda 3 was taken to King's wrecker in North Miami from my insurance GEICO INSURANCE AFTER I LEFT THE HOSPITAL GEICO INSURANCE CALLED FOR ME TO GO SIGN DOCUMENTS FOR THEM TO TOW MY CAR TO A BODY SHOP/ MECHANIC. BUT I ALSO WENT AND SAW MY CAR SOMEONE HAD GONE IN MY GLOVES COMPARTMENT AND TAKEN MONEY AND A PAIR OF DIAMONDS EARNINGS THEY LEFT THE RING ON TOP OF ALL THE PERSONAL PAPERWORK THAT I HAD BECAUSE TODAY EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN FROM MY CAR THEY SAY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OWNS THE WRECKER I BELIEVE IT WHILE I SAW THE EMPLOYEE LETTING OTHER MANS ASKING FOR PART S AND HE WAS LETTING THEM IN THE YARD O THEY WHERE TAKING PART FROM VEHICLE S YES IN DEED AND GIVEN HIM CASH. ON OUR VEHICLE THAT THE POLICE OWNS WE SHOULD BE SAFE RIGHT? THINK AGAIN.

It’s very hard to say something nice from a towing driver or company.But I can say that I was probably parked on the wrong place, even though I parked for like 10 min. only, but the tow guy was very rude and nasty , he doesn’t know a piece of education.He said : you were lucky that I went to pee and I didn’t tow your car. How your gonna paid ????? All that screaming and in a terrible bad mood.The location: Ponce the Leon ( Verizon building )BE CAREFUL : he said the owner knows all the employees cars, that sounds creepy right? lol.Non of the cars park in there has an sticker showing the name of the place .

Bunch of non educated clownsWho thinks it’s funny to waste peoples time by misleading with the incorrect information and after you confront them, they’re trying to make a fool out of you by saying No, we didn’t say that , you didn’t let us finish …. While I was begging them to do something because I was outside of this place with my toddler at 6pm trying to get my car , they were saying that they are closed and I have to come back at 9 AM TomorrowAnd after my association call them at 7pm, they said we didn’t say that you have an option to pay over the phone and get your car…..I hope you will stay there forever as an employee you guys are not deserve any better things in your life if you’re treating people like this

My car was in a accident and towed to kings wrecker tow yard in North Miami my car wasn't there 4 days and somebody stole my radio out of it when I asked about it nobody knows what happen I don't understand how my radio comes up missing and nobody knows anything
