Please do not spend your hard earned money here. We bought a $120 dress for my daughter. We did not inspect the dress thoroughly because we thought it would be a brand new dress with no faults. To our surprise, the dress was pre-worn with stains and torn areas. We were shocked. Store policy is no refunds, only exchanges. We called and were told to bring the dress back for an exchange. We brought our receipt also. Upon arrival, the stone faced owner even refused to acknowledge that they may have sold a used dress, instead accusing us of wanting to bring back a dress that WE used. We explained to him the situation and stated, why would we ask for an exchange of the same exact dress. We didn't want a different dress, just the one we bought - but brand new. Customer service was non existent and the sales staff used the dirtiest explicit language to address me, my wife, and our 4 year old daughter. NW 20th street has many clothing establishments, please do not waste your time here.
