I went for a problem, they charged me almost $900.0 and they didn't resolve it, it continued, I went again, I asked to speak to the manager, he never came, they wanted to charge me another $800. And something; They discovered that it was a battery terminal, which had been changed on the first visit arguing that it only had 60%, and they could not put the “computer” the terminal $40.00 plus, $247.00 extra by the same mechanic who found nothing with the computer, changed the battery and put it with the bad terminal; I asked for an explanation and a manager and they avoided everything. What do you call this experience? Overprice abuse, unjustified changes, good customer treatment? On the second day, after announcing another charge of $800.0 plus, a saleswoman called my wife suggesting she buy a new car, at the exorbitant prices they have now, one star to give something.

I really don’t understand why you as a car dealer that provide the same service as Lake City in Florida says to
The customers the amount of miles to be changed the oil is up to 5,000 while the true is up to 10,000. I confirmed that with the customer service and they said the same. Do I think you are not honest with the customers and it makes we waist the opportunity to get more time of service.
Lake city Toyota car dealer has done the service to my car and they told me when the car reach out 10K miles driving then I have to changed the oil. The car has a sticker saying when my car reach 47K the oil has to be changed, not true is due at 57K. Period .

change oil took so long.In the invoice the Tech don't mention about battery replacement (that I know..) also on the 50.000 miles inspection don't mention about brake inspection. Customer service was good . This review was for my previous car Toyota Camry 2020. Not the one I have now??
