I have been a customer of Kendall Dodge and Ram's service center for the past five years, and I felt compelled to share my consistently positive experiences, thanks in no small part to the incredible customer service provided by Paula.Paula has a remarkable ability to interact with customers in an incredibly positive and inspiring manner. Every time I've witnessed her in action at the service center, she radiates joy and light that fills the entire room. Her eyes gleam with a genuine positivity and goodness that is truly uplifting. Paula goes above and beyond to bring joy to everyone she encounters, creating an atmosphere that sets Kendall Dodge and Ram's service center apart.In my opinion, Paula is more than just an employee; she is an invaluable asset to the service center. If there were an award for Employee of the Year, Paula should undoubtedly be the recipient. Her dedication and positive attitude make a significant impact on the overall customer experience. I believe she deserves recognition and a raise for consistently going above and beyond expectations.Paula's positivity is contagious and has left a lasting impression on me and my family. We've even adopted a saying in our home - "be like Paula" - as a reminder that maintaining a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, can make a world of difference. I couldn't have had a better experience at this dealership. The environment was so comfortable it felt as if we were at a family function. They really try their best to make sure you walk out of there with something you are fond of.Luis Liriano was my salesman, and I am glad he was. He is very black and white and personally, that's how I think it should be done. Great guy.Not only was he apart of my purchase, but almost everyone was involved. This was more than appreciated.One thing I would change if I could.... These damn trucks are expensive!I love my new vehicle.

I only use the service department at this dealership due to its proximity and convenience. Their service department's customer service skills could be better for the most part. The two managers are decent professionals (Christian Povsic and Anthony Tamarit). I had an appointment to drop off my truck for service today at what I was initially told was 2:30 p.m. My son is a senior in high school and captain of his football team, and tonight was his homecoming senior night game, where the parents walked with the seniors on the field. I called in advance to let them know my wife would be coming in early to rent the car in advance so I could drop the vehicle off for service and leave. Also, I would like to know if I can come in early.I was told that would not be a problem. When my wife arrived, she spoke to Danny, and he started giving her problems with renting a vehicle ahead of having the truck serviced. I talked to him on the phone. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He kept cutting me off every time I tried to talk to him, so I had to tell him to stop and let me finish a sentence. I explained the situation and what I was told earlier. He said we would have to rent a car at our expense even though I have a loaner policy on my warranty. We did just that to avoid extending the pushback from Mr. Danny. Before I hung up the phone, he told me he probably would not be able to take care of me early because he had two other appointments ahead of me. I said okay and hung up. I got to the dealership at 1:40 p.m. Danny was not there (He had no appointments before me), so Felipe took care of me. He was accommodating and efficient.When it came down to getting the keys for the vehicle my wife rented earlier at 12:15 p.m., they could not find them. Come to find out, Danny gave them to someone named Hugo, Hugo gave them to someone else, and someone else gave them back to Enterprise, and the vehicle was checked back in as if it was being returned!!!!!! To make the long story short, I was never able to make it to my son's ceremony, and I missed that once-in-a-lifetime experience with my son, and I never even got an apology from the service staff! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. The management is professional and takes care of the problems their incompetent staff create, but my bad experiences have outnumbered the good. I left there at 4:00 PM and missed my son's ceremony. After speaking to an employee who wanted to remain anonymous, he felt that Danny probably did it on purpose because when keys get passed around like that they know to return the vehicle to Enterprise. I ended up having to take an Uber home.

Our experience with updating our car and lease was exceptional. Since the start of our communication with Fidel Hernandez, our sales representative, the experience was positive. He did a fantastic job explaining options and making sure we were satisfied with the results. The Sales Manager, Angel Garcia, was thorough, professional and on point. Lastly, our Finance Manager, Brigette, ensured all details were explained and clear.Everyone was pleasant and we never felt that feeling you get when you walk into most car dealerships. This dealership has talent and works towards making sure the experience is positive from start to finish. Thank you and job well done!!

This place is a rip off! Avoid it at all cost. The service department take in your car for one thing and they try to add additional costs never talked about that you don't need.

So happy to have gone this specific service department. I had two issues with my jeep and Evan Starr was such a great help. He was professional, caring and considerate with my situation. As soon as I walked through the doors Carlos Rodriguez greeted me and immediately we made a connection. The vibe was authentic and SUPER EASY! Carlos really knows his craft and made the process enjoyable. Daniel Gonzalez is an excellent finance. He worked his magic and explained everything in detail. Honestly, the best experience! I went to buy a new Ram 2500 they had listed on Auto Trader. when I told the salesman I was planning to pay cash, the manager told me my price was MSRP Plus dealer fees. that Jacked up the price by over 10,00I ended up going to an honest dealer. i will never do business with them in the future and they used to service all my cars.

Scammers!!!! Once you get there they change the price of the vehicle. If you aren't a fire fighter, trading in another vehicle or related to the Pope, the price goes up $3000!!!!Then they added $2800+ in bogus extras that don't exist. $1499 for CPO, LoJack, Vin Etching, $399 for processing, $999 dealer fee, Paint & Interior protection????? Buyer beware!!!

Service department - specifically Evan. I recently had surgery and wasn't able to install some locking wheel lugs on my Jeep and Evan and the folks in service along with Alejandro in parts couldn't have been more kind or helpful in their installation. Service like this sits in my mind since it was their kindness and empathy I will remember. Thanks for making my day

Guys. Word of caution do not bring your car for any service. !!!! None. Felipe Francisco the advisor, offensive and rude. Do not buy extended warranty it's useless!!! Again... NO SERVICE. Get your work done next door. Ripoff.!!!Tire Kingdom, saved the day.

Ask for Carlos Montenegro! We had such an amazing experience we ended up getting two new vehicles instead of one. Carlos understood what we needed, and worked within our parameters. The team at Kendall Jeep was nothing short than excellent. Ernesto was the lead at the finance department and him along the team in the sales management department ensured we left with as satisfied costumers and not just numbers. Recommended.

Excellent service by Emilio and Ernesto. I'm so happy with my new 2022 Compass Jeep ??UPDATE!!! JUNE 10TH, 2023I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with another Jeep Compass I bought today. All thanks to the excellent seller Emilio Wong and financial manager Victor Leppez. Emilio always so dedicated to getting us the best deal, and Victor did the impossible to get us the best rates and prices! Can't thank them enough for what they did. We really appreciate all their hard work as they stayed longer than expected just to make the best deal for us. Again, thank you so much to Victor and Emilio! We are a happy Jeep family of 4 now.
