The woman who serves is very uneducated and has a lack of interest in serving customers. The washing isn't even that good to have to put up with her lack of education.

Hours of operation are wrong, they close an hour before everyday. Arrived on a Sunday both weeks at 2:50 pm and they advised they closed before 3. Although a couple of workers were sitting down available to wash the car, they still refused.

Giving 1 star for the man in charge of the money, he deserves good recognition out of my bad experience. This is a warning to fellow people that may come off as vulnerable like me, a female who's spanish isn't great.I went in to get a car wash but ended up getting roaped in by one of the cleaners, think his name was Luis, to do "additional services" but to let the money guy know that I wanted a basic wash. This was weird but I was like oookay.I looked at the car when it was done about 1-1.5 hours later and he said he "also shampood the inside." This didn't sit well with me as the inside looked wiped/vacuumed but didn't even smell like any shampoo. He was trying to tell me the service was worth 60 bucks. When I questioned this he was like "oh did you pay the 25 to the guy at the front? Then I'll need that too." So somehow he was trying to charge me now 85. Again I was confused and he assured me he did the work needed. He even saw me frustrated and cry from being so confused and gave me 20 back for my troubles. I took the car home and upon my father inspecting it he said there was no way one would charge that much for a simple inside-outside clean as he usually pays 30.We went back and thankfully the boss was apologetic and agreed that there was no additional work evident as the car was a mini suv and couldn't have possibly been shampooed or anything else within less than 2 hours, plus the inside wasn't even damp. I got my money back but it was an overall disheartening experience. If it wasn't for my father's actions they would've let me walk out there basically having been scammed out of nearly 85 bucks.I am in the restaurant industry and I always like to tip well, but this was just straight up greedy behavior that I didn't appreciate.The clean job was decent, some parts still with dust and dirt and stickiness that wasn't cleaned. Just make sure if you decide to go here, ONLY talk to the money guy and DON'T let them talk you into paying with CASH as they do accept card.

I came here yesterday to get my car washed and they stole my cooler out of the car that had milk for my 7 week old baby, juice, water, and lunch for my 5,4, and 2 year old. I was in Miami this week visiting my parents. I had the cooler in the car for the trip back home. I didn't notice it was missing until I got back to my parents house that evening and went to fill it up with more ice. By that time the car wash was closed so I couldn't call them and ask about the cooler.Today my mom went to the car wash to inquire about the cooler. At first lady literally tried to deny that I had been there yesterday. My mom let her know that I was there and asked for the cooler. They even got a translator just in case there was a language barrier. They determined that the cooler wasn't there today and shrugged their shoulders.So yep, the guy who washed my car stole my cooler. It wasn't a cheap cooler either but I thought I was safe leaving the cooler in the car. Never dreamed that someone would steal my cooler. What is worse is everything in the cooler was for my children. So they literally stole from children. It doesn't get any worse than that.Services: Auto detailing

It's a shame because the service is good, but unfortunately it was the first and last time I had my car washed by these people who don't even know where they are standing. I arrived at 1:30 pm and it's 4 pm and they haven't washed my car. The inept people in the images parked my car and then returned it to the waiting list. Whoever is the manager of this place should take action on the matter. Your business idea is very good, but what kind of unprofessional people.

So I went today to have my car cleaned and wow! They not only did an amazing job cleaning and vacuuming, they removed a stain from the door where I like to rest my elbow with no extra cost. I did ask them to remove the yellow grime from my headlights and that is an extra charge but so worth it! They left my headlights looking brand new! I thought I’d have to buy a new set. I’m so happy with their work and their price. I will be going back next month to have my car waxed.Services: Auto detailing

The lady that works here asked me to take off my mask not even giving me a chance to speak or ask questions about the car wash. She was so rude and walked away when I wouldn’t take off my mask. I really feel that the unprofessionalism and rudeness merits this low review. For her to ask me to remove my mask if not she couldn’t wash my car is the ultimate ignorance! No I obviously don’t recommend these rude people
