Extremelly DISCOURAGED & DISSAPPOINTED!! I have been buying Kartell products for over 6 years. I own a Bourgie 3 color Titanuim lamp that costs me over $1,000. I own a Bourgie mat, an Indoor Kabuki, a Planet floor and a BLOOM and many other smaller items..
The CHEAP plastic part in the bottom of my Bourgie broke and the lamp split apart. I contacted the Kartel in Coral Gables, Miami and they told me that I had to BUY A NEW LAMP!!
They will NOT give me or even sell to me a small plastic part, which maintains the lamp together. A part that is made in China and probably costs about 10 cents.
It is astonishing to me how Kartell can treat a long time loyal customer which such carelessness and neglect. I will never buy another one of their products. This is no way to treat a customer! I am not asking for much, just for a cheap plastic part that will put my expensive lamp back together.

Drove there from Miami to have a browse. Their website says they close at 5 PM on Saturday and even their door opening hours say it’s open till 5 PM. Currently, it’s 4:10 PM on Saturday and the door is locked…. What a waste of time!

We're very fortunate to have a Kartell Flagship Store in Coral Gables. It's exciting to see the whole collection in all colors in one place. The displays are beautiful, they have room settings and color stories. The young lady working there was very helpful and graciously answered my questions about shipping.

I bought the Master Iconic chairs and got great service. Had been looking for these specific chairs for some time but couldn’t find the color I needed. Luckily they had them and they were in sale too. Great customer service.

I stopped by the Kartell showroom in the design district to try the Madame chair I have been eyeing for a while and found it to be very comfortable and elegant in person. The staff was very knowledgeable & professional and took the time to answer all the questions I had.

kartell has been a design staple for over 50 years. uber modern, super contemporary. their main focus is plastic and plexiglas. and they usually have modern art on the walls as well. the store is really cool too. it's super bright and glossy. dare i say, almost childlike. not necessarily my style, but i can still appreciate it. just wish i could afford it.... (there's this really hot chair in there calling my name every time i walk by their storefront)
