i sent my dad to this auto parts store since he was having issues with the ac in his car as well as the wiper arms. the arms were rotting off and the ac had been maintained by freon every couple of months until it stopped working even with that. ronald and the mechanic were amazing! they made his wipers look brand new and made his car ac work perfectly, all for a reasonable price. the ac is still kicking and the wipers look brand new. the service was great, my dads ecstatic, and the employees were very friendly. 10/10 recommend!

First and foremost, the staff at JA Auto Parts were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As someone who doesn't have a lot of expertise when it comes to auto parts, I was grateful for their patience in explaining the options available to me and helping me make the best choice for my vehicle. They took the time to understand my needs and ensured that I left with the perfect parts for the job.

I needed a new battery right away, and they were so nice to stay open a little later to wait until I got there. He even help put in the new battery and did it super quick. Thank you!

The truth is that the service is terrible, they spend their time drinking alcoholic drinks (the owner) they say one price over the phone and when you arrive it is another. After they changed ownership this is garbage. I don't recommend them

Had to replace the battery on civic 2022.The new owner seems to be doing a great job running this place. Reasonable price, fast service.
