The review is within the meat. It speaks for itself, you could literally be the worst chef or a top tier Michelin chef you can't mess up a Josh premium meat. Josh, his family, and crew are super welcoming! Can't wait to go back!

Top quality and service. The wagyu filet mignon was exceptional. The basque cheesecake is an acquired taste, but also very good.

Josh’s meats are great we grilled up the Denver steaks that were my favorite you have to try them!! Also the short ribs are bomb and the filet melts like butter!! Best wagyu ever!

Amazing cuts of meat. Always super fresh. Place is super clean and staff was friendly. You get what you pay for and you definitely taste the quality in the steaks. My go to place for steaks in miami.

Luck of the draw, I guess!I went in for a couple of denver steaks that were well recommended!The place looks nice clean organized! The staff was attent and friendly!The truffle salt I picked up was amazingly good!The korean bbq rub was great and had deep flavors you would expect from a korean style seasoning! The meat... denver steaks: got two, and one had a foul smell ( upon opening ) and tasted gamey ?...( I do not mind gamey ); the other was not gamey at all, and texture... Both were tender...Worth 20 bucks for 8 oz? Not at all!Will not be returning to joshs "premium" meats

Protein looks good for noche buena! I went in trying to learn more about wagyu and about cuts. The girl at the desk was so rude. Asking me over and over if I’m going to take it not letting me think. Other than this; this is a great shop with great variety and quality!
