It’s unfortunate that I can’t give a negative 5, but honestly this park is a no no. Staff isn’t friendly either, they are very rude and lie about closing time. Park stinks also, I wonder why. Streets aren’t safe also, and there’s a lot of trash, I wonder why also.

This is my go to place for the weekdays. This place is spacious, equipped with most of the necessary gym equipment. You name it and they would have got it, probably in their store room.

Love the gym. The workers are AWESOME. It might be small but I get things done faster then other gyms I went to. Totally recommend this place

It is a good little tiny gym. It is not your branded trendy gym at all. I don't think that the younger crowd will like it but I do think it is good for those that like quiet simple places to just exercise and meditate.It is not for those that are looking for a fancy gym with the most modern equipment. Since it is so small the equipment is also limited. It is great for the older crowd because it is so small and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, quiet and not crowded. They sell vending machine snacks and they have water fountains.The locker rooms are tiny 10x10 inch boxes so your gym bag will not fit.The biggest issue is the hours of operation. That is the only reason it does not get 5 starts. It closes early on the weekends and it opens a late at 7am although on the website it says 6am. Gyms need to open at 5am. Today is December 11th at 6:59 p.m. the lady at the front desk at the audacity to tell me that the gym is closed at 7 and that they start playing at 7:37 to the gym and work around the people to come to the gym at 3 for the membership or even pay for the day they're lying because they want to get out early on a Sunday

Need to get a website with scheduled events on there and stop posting up paper on wall with schedule. It's the 21st century. A local gym this good in an urban location should have a interactive website for locals.

I called this gym to get information on it and the worker that picked up was amazing. She was super cooperative and kind. I 10/10 recommend calling here when you are need of finding a gym in the Miami area.

Terrible service!!! Kai won’t let me in getting there at 9 pm saying it’s closed on a Friday !!!! I have a year gym membership and it was never closed at 9 it was always closing at 10 pm! He said he personally cleaned everything and didn’t want me to go in the dance room! I will cancel my membership

Nice facilities! $7 for out of towners. 2 Full-sized bball courts. Shoutout to Louis at the front desk, excellent customer service!

Best indoor courts near downtown Miami. You do have to pay to play inside but it's worth it. Outdoor court as well and a park for the kids.
